Claims (5)
- 筐体と、
前記筐体の内部から外部へ突出して設けられる出力軸と、
前記筐体内に設けられる駆動源と、
前記駆動源と前記出力軸との間を連結する減速機構と、
前記筐体内にて前記出力軸と一体回転するよう設けられる磁石と、
前記磁石の回転軌道の外側にて前記磁石と対向配置されるホール素子と、
前記筐体の内壁から立設され、前記磁石と前記ホール素子との間に介在する周壁と、
を備えるアクチュエータ。 - 前記周壁は、前記磁石の回転軌道と同心円状の円筒壁である、
請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記周壁の外周面から前記磁石の回転中心側へ凹んで設けられ、前記ホール素子を収容する収容部を備える、
請求項1または2に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記周壁の径方向外側の前記収容部と対向する位置にて前記筐体の内壁から立設される2つの柱部を備え、
前記ホール素子は、本体部と、前記本体部から同方向に延在する3本の足部とを有し、
前記収容部に前記ホール素子の前記本体部が収容され、前記2つの柱部の間とその両側に前記ホール素子の前記3本の足部のそれぞれが通される、
請求項3に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のアクチュエータと、
前記出力軸に連結され、内燃機関の排気通路に設けられる排気バルブと、
を備える排気バルブ駆動装置。
