Claims (8)
- 供給された溶液を対向する基板に向かってノズル孔を介して吐出させるノズルであって前記ノズルのボディー全体が導電性材質で形成されてメイン電極として用いられる、ノズル、及び
前記ノズルに電圧を印加する電圧供給部を含み、
前記ノズルの内側面及び外側面を絶縁体でコーティングして前記ノズルを前記ノズル内の前記溶液と接触させずに分離する、誘導電気水力学ジェットプリンティング装置。 - 前記電圧供給部は、前記ノズルに直流電圧を印加させる請求項1に記載の誘導電気水力学ジェットプリンティング装置。
- 前記電圧供給部は、前記ノズルに交流電圧を印加させる請求項1に記載の誘導電気水力学ジェットプリンティング装置。
- 前記電圧供給部は、正弦波、三角波、四角波のうちの少なくともいずれか一つを含む波形の交流電圧を前記ノズルに印加させる請求項3に記載の誘導電気水力学ジェットプリンティング装置。
- 導電性材質で前記ノズル内部に内挿され、電気的連結がされていないか、前記ノズルと異なる電圧が印加されるか、接地される誘導補助電極をさらに含む請求項1に記載の誘導電気水力学ジェットプリンティング装置。
- 前記誘導補助電極は、ニードル形態で形成される請求項5に記載の誘導電気水力学ジェットプリンティング装置。
- 前記誘導補助電極は、アルミホイル(aluminum foil)で前記ノズル内部に内挿される請求項5に記載の誘導電気水力学ジェットプリンティング装置。
- 前記誘導補助電極の表面は、絶縁体でコーティングされる請求項5に記載の誘導電気水力学ジェットプリンティング装置。
