Claims (8)
- 供給された溶液を対向する基板に向かって吐出させるノズルと、
前記ノズル内の溶液と絶縁体で分離されて接触しないメイン電極、及び
前記メイン電極に電圧を印加する電圧供給部を含み、
前記ノズルは、導電性材質で形成されてボディーを形成するメイン電極部及び前記メイン電極部を絶縁体でコーティングする絶縁部で形成され、前記電圧供給部は、前記メイン電極部に電圧を印加する、誘導電気水力学ジェットプリンティング装置。 - 前記電圧供給部は、前記メイン電極に直流電圧を印加させる請求項1に記載の誘導電気水力学ジェットプリンティング装置。
- 前記電圧供給部は、前記メイン電極に交流電圧を印加させる請求項1に記載の誘導電気水力学ジェットプリンティング装置。
- 前記電圧供給部は、正弦波、三角波、四角波のうちの少なくともいずれか一つを含む波形の交流電圧を前記メイン電極に印加させる請求項3に記載の誘導電気水力学ジェットプリンティング装置。
- 導電性材質で前記ノズル内部に内挿され、電気的連結がされていないか、前記メイン電極部と異なる電圧が印加されるか、接地される誘導補助電極をさらに含む請求項1に記載の誘導電気水力学ジェットプリンティング装置。
- 前記誘導補助電極は、ニードル形態で形成される請求項5に記載の誘導電気水力学ジェットプリンティング装置。
- 前記誘導補助電極は、アルミホイル(aluminum foil)で前記ノズル内部に内挿される請求項5に記載の誘導電気水力学ジェットプリンティング装置。
- 前記誘導補助電極の表面は、絶縁体でコーティングされる請求項5に記載の誘導電気水力学ジェットプリンティング装置。
