Claims (10)
- エラストマー繊維を調製するための方法であって、
(a)生物由来ブタンジオールから、高分子グリコール組成物を提供することと、
(b)前記高分子グリコール組成物を少なくとも1つのジイソシアネートと接触させて、キャップされたグリコールを生成することと、
(c)前記キャップされたグリコールを溶媒中に溶解させて、キャップされたグリコール溶液を提供することと、
(d)前記キャップされたグリコール溶液を鎖延長剤組成物と接触させることと、
(e)前記溶液を紡糸して、前記エラストマー繊維を形成することと、を含み、
前記高分子グリコール組成物は、2-オキソグルタル酸デカルボキシラーゼまたはスクシニル-CoAシンテターゼを含む組換え微生物中で合成される生物由来1,4-ブタンジオールを使用してそれから調製された少なくとも1つの高分子グリコールを含み、
前記生物由来1,4-ブタンジオールは、高分子グリコールを形成するための重合の前にテトラヒドロフランに変換され、
前記エラストマー繊維から形成される糸は、少なくとも0.6cN/dtexの破断引張を有し、
前記高分子グリコールは、テトラヒドロフランと、エチレンオキシド、プロピレンオキシド、トリメチレンオキシド、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群の少なくとも1つの構成員とのコポリマーである、方法。 - 前記エラストマー繊維は、スパンデックスである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ジイソシアネートは、4,4’-メチレンビス(フェニルイソシアネート)、2,4’-メチレンビス(フェニルイソシアネート)1-イソシアナート-4-[(4-イソシアナートフェニル)メチル]ベンゼン、1-イソシアナート-2-[(4-シアナートフェニル)メチル]ベンゼン、ビス(4-イソシアナートシクロヘキシル)メタン、5-イソシアナート-1-(イソシアナートメチル)-1,3,3-トリメチルシクロヘキサン、1,3-ジイソシアナート-4-メチル-ベンゼン、2,2’-トルエンジイソシアネート、2,4’-トルエンジイソシアネート、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのジイソシアネートを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記鎖延長剤組成物は、少なくとも1つのジオールまたはジアミン鎖延長剤を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記鎖延長剤組成物は、ヒドラジン、1,2-エチレンジアミン、1,4-ブタンジアミン、1,2-ブタンジアミン、1,3-ブタンジアミン、1,3-ジアミノ-2,2-ジメチルブタン、1,6-ヘキサメチレンジアミン、1,12-ドデカンジアミン、1,2-プロパンジアミン、1,3-プロパンジアミン、2-メチル-1,5-ペンタンジアミン、1-アミノ-3,3,5-トリメチル-5-アミノメチルシクロヘキサン、2,4-ジアミノ-1-メチルシクロヘキサン、N-メチルアミノ-ビス(3-プロピルアミン)、1,2-シクロヘキサンジアミン、1,4-シクロヘキサンジアミン、4,4’-メチレン-ビス(シクロヘキシルアミン)、イソホロンジアミン、2,2-ジメチル-1,3-プロパンジアミン、メタ-テトラメチルキシレンジアミン、1,3-ジアミノ-4-メチルシクロヘキサン、1,3-シクロヘキサン-ジアミン、1,1-メチレン-ビス(4,4’-ジアミノヘキサン)、3-アミノメチル-3,5,5-トリメチルシクロヘキサン、1,3-ペンタンジアミン(1,3-ジアミノペンタン)、m-キシリレンジアミン、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのジアミン鎖延長剤を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶液は、ブロッキング剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶液は、酸化防止剤、UV安定剤、着色剤、顔料、架橋剤、相変化物質、抗菌剤、鉱物、マイクロカプセル化添加剤、ナノ粒子(即ち、シリカまたは炭素)、ナノクレイ、炭酸カルシウム、タルク、難燃剤、粘着防止添加剤、耐塩素分解添加剤、ビタミン、薬物、香料、導電性添加剤、可染性及び/または染料補助剤、ならびにこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶液は、接着促進剤、静電気防止剤、耐クリープ剤、光学的光沢剤、合体剤、導電性添加剤、発光性添加剤、潤滑剤、有機及び無機充填剤、防腐剤、テクスチャ化剤、サーモクロミック添加剤、防虫剤、及び湿潤剤、安定剤(ヒンダードフェノール、酸化亜鉛、ヒンダードアミン)、スリップ剤(シリコーン油)、ならびにこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶液は、可染性、疎水性(即ち、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE))、親水性(即ち、セルロース)、摩擦制御、塩素耐性、分解耐性(即ち、酸化防止剤)、接着性及び/または可溶性(即ち、接着剤及び接着促進剤)、難燃性、抗菌挙動(銀、銅、アンモニウム塩)、バリア、導電性(カーボンブラック)、引張特性、色、発光、リサイクル性、生分解性、香り、粘着制御(即ち、ステアリン酸金属塩)、触覚特性、セット能力、熱調節(即ち、相変化物質)、栄養補給食品、艶消し剤、例えば二酸化チタンなど、安定剤、例えばハイドロタルサイト、ハント石とハイドロマグネサイトの混合物など、UV遮断剤、ならびにこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される有益な特性を提供する添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記エラストマー繊維は、少なくとも400%の破断伸びを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
