Claims (13)
- 極板の上方に位置し、回転して前記極板を切断する上刃、及び
前記極板の下方で前記上刃と一部重なるように位置し、回転して前記上刃とともに前記極板を切断する下刃を含み、
前記上刃は、
最下端に形成されるチップから前記下刃に向かって傾斜を有して延伸する第1内面、及び
前記チップから前記下刃の反対側に向かって傾斜を有して延伸する外周面を含み、
前記第1内面は、前記上刃の回転中心となる回転軸に垂直な垂直線から、第1角度で傾斜を有し、
前記外周面は、前記垂直線から第2角度で傾斜を有し、
前記第2角度は、80゜から90゜である、スリッター。 - 前記第1角度は、0.6゜から1.1゜である、請求項1に記載のスリッター。
- 前記第1角度は、0.9゜から1.0゜である、請求項2に記載のスリッター。
- 前記第2角度は、85゜から90゜である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のスリッター。
- 前記上刃は、前記第1内面から内側に向かって延伸する第2内面をさらに含み、
前記第2内面は、前記垂直線から第3角度で傾斜を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のスリッター。 - 前記第3角度は、2.6゜から3.1゜である、請求項5に記載のスリッター。
- 前記第3角度は、2.8゜から3.0゜である、請求項6に記載のスリッター。
- 前記上刃は、前記下刃と線で接触する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のスリッター。
- 前記上刃のチップから前記下刃との接触点までの水平距離が0.01mmから0.5mmである、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のスリッター。
- 前記上刃のチップから前記下刃との接触点までの水平距離が0.1mmから0.4mmである、請求項9に記載のスリッター。
- 前記上刃の全体厚さが3mmから5mmである、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のスリッター。
- 前記上刃のチップが前記極板と最も先に接触する、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のスリッター。
- 前記極板が安着される前記下刃の外周面が平坦に形成される、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のスリッター。
