Claims (5)
- 上面板と、下面板と、前記上面板と前記下面板とを連結する筒状可撓膜体と、を備えた空気ばねであって、
前記上面板は、本体部と、当該本体部の上面に形成された複数のリブ部と、を備えており、
前記本体部の下面には、前記筒状可撓膜体の固定部が形成されており、
前記複数のリブ部のうちの一部のリブ部における、前記上面板の断面視において、
前記本体部の上面は、前記固定部よりも本体部外縁側にあると共に本体部外縁側に向かって一定の角度で下向きに傾斜する、傾斜角一定面と、前記傾斜角一定面の外縁に連なると共に本体部外縁側に向かうに従い角度を変化させつつ下向きに傾斜する、傾斜角変化面と、を含み、
前記一部のリブ部の上面は、頂面と、前記頂面の外縁に連なると共に上面板外縁側に向かって下向きに傾斜する傾斜面と、を含み、
前記一部のリブ部の前記頂面の外縁は、前記本体部の前記傾斜角一定面の延長線と前記本体部の前記傾斜角変化面の外縁における接線との交点よりも、本体部外縁側にあり、
前記複数のリブ部は、平面視において、放射状に延在しており、
前記平面視において、前記複数のリブ部の放射中心の周りを4つの領域に区画したとき、前記放射中心を挟んで対向する2つの領域の前記本体部の上面は、前記傾斜角一定面と、前記傾斜角変化面と、を含み、
前記2つの領域の前記リブ部は、前記一部のリブ部であり、
前記4つの領域のうちの、残り2つの領域の前記本体部の上面は、前記固定部よりも本体部外縁側にあると共に本体部外縁まで一定の角度で下向きに傾斜する、傾斜角一定面を含み、
前記残り2つの領域の前記リブ部の上面は、頂面である、空気ばね。 - 前記2つの領域の前記傾斜角変化面の前記角度は、当該傾斜角変化面が前記残り2つの領域に近い位置となるに従い前記傾斜角一定面の前記一定の角度に近づいていくように構成されている、請求項1に記載の空気ばね。
- 前記断面視で、前記本体部の前記傾斜角変化面と、前記傾斜角変化面と対応する当該本体部の下面とは、それぞれ、下から上に向かう方向に凸の曲線である、請求項1又は2に記載の空気ばね。
- 前記上面板は、アルミニウム合金製の鋳造品である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の空気ばね。
- 前記空気ばねは、鉄道車両用空気ばねである、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の空気ばね。
