Description
アルキレンオキシドを含有し、反応可能な二重結合一つを有する高分子(A)、多官能架橋性高分子(B)及びイオン性液体を含み、前記イオン性液体は、アミド系溶媒及びリチウム塩を含む固体高分子電解質組成物を提供する。
上述の固体高分子電解質組成物を光硬化して形成される固体高分子電解質を提供する。
固体高分子電解質を含む全固体電池を提供する。
本発明は、イオン伝導度が高く、機械的物性及び難燃性に優れた固体高分子電解質組成物及び固体高分子電解質に関し、アルキレンオキシドを含有し、反応可能な二重結合一つを有する高分子(A)、多官能架橋性高分子(B)及びイオン性液体を含み、前記イオン性液体は、アミド系溶媒及びリチウム塩を含む固体高分子電解質組成物、及びこれを光硬化して形成される固体高分子電解質を提供する。
本発明に係る一実施例では、前記固体高分子電解質の製造方法を提供する。前記電解質の製造方法は特に制限されず、当業界において公知の方法を用いることができる。
本発明のまた他の一実施例では、前記の製造方法により製造された固体高分子電解質及び電極を含む全固体電池を提供する。
まず、反応容器中で、アミド系溶媒としての、N-メチルアセトアミド(Sigma Aldrich社、以下、NMAC)と、100℃で24時間真空乾燥したリチウム塩であるLiTFSI(Sigma Aldrich社)とを、下記表1の割合で混合し、グローブボックス内で4時間常温撹拌し、イオン性液体を製造した。
アミド系溶媒の代わりにスクシノニトリル(Succinonitrile)を下記表2のようにして行ったことを除いては、前記実施例と同様にして電解質を製造した。
前記実施例1~3及び比較例1~2で製造された電解質のイオン伝導度は、そのインピーダンスを測定した後、下記数学式1を用いて求めた。
本発明に係る固体高分子電解質の難燃特性を確認するために、各成分のサンプルと前記比較例及び実施例により製造された電解質の直径2cm大きさの円形サンプルを準備した。それぞれのサンプルをトーチを用いて燃焼させ、その結果を確認して難燃特性を調べた。図1及び2は、前記実施例及び比較例により製造された電解質の難燃特性を示した結果である。
Claims (10)
- アルキレンオキシドを含有し、反応可能な二重結合一つを有する高分子(A)、多官能架橋性高分子(B)及びイオン性液体を含み、
前記イオン性液体は、アミド系溶媒及びリチウム塩を含み、
前記アミド系溶媒とリチウム塩は、40:60~60:40の重量比であり、
前記高分子(A)は、ポリエチレングリコールメチルエーテル(メタ)アクリレートであり、
前記高分子(B)は、ポリエチレングリコールジアクリレートであり、
前記アミド系溶媒は、N-メチルアセトアミドである、固体高分子電解質組成物。 - 前記高分子(A)は、全体組成物100重量部に対して5~40重量部で含まれる、請求項1に記載の固体高分子電解質組成物。
- 前記高分子(B)は、全体組成物100重量部に対して5~30重量部で含まれる、請求項1又は2に記載の固体高分子電解質組成物。
- 前記イオン性液体は、全体組成物100重量部に対して50~90重量部で含まれる、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の固体高分子電解質組成物。
- 前記リチウム塩は、全体組成物100重量部に対して10~50重量部で含まれる、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の固体高分子電解質組成物。
- 前記リチウム塩は、LiPF6、LiBF4、LiSbF6、LiAsF6、LiOH、LiOH・H2O、LiBOB、LiClO4、LiN(C2F5SO2)2、LiN(CF3SO2)2、CF3SO3Li、LiC(CF3SO2)3、LiC4BO8、LiTFSI、LiFSI、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択された1種を含む、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の固体高分子電解質組成物。
- 請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の固体高分子電解質組成物を光硬化して形成される、固体高分子電解質。
- 前記電解質の厚さは、50~300μmである、請求項7に記載の固体高分子電解質。
- 前記電解質のイオン伝導度は、25℃基準で1.0×10-4~2.0×10-3S/cmである、請求項7又は8に記載の固体高分子電解質。
- 請求項7から9の何れか一項に記載の固体高分子電解質を含む、全固体電池。
