Claims (2)
- 第1流体と当該第1流体と交差する方向に流れる第2流体との間で熱交換を行う熱交換器であって、
間隔をあけて平行に設けられる複数の第1プレートと、
隣り合う一対の前記第1プレートの間に間隔をあけて配置され、前記第1プレートと交互に積層されて第1流体が流れる第1流路と第2流体が流れる第2流路とを交互に形成する第2プレートと、
前記第1流路に設けられ、前記第1プレート及び前記第2プレートに当接する熱交換促進部材と、を備え、
前記第1プレートと前記第2プレートとの少なくとも一方は、前記第1流路内に凹となり前記第2流路内に凸となるように平面視V字状に形成され、前記第2流路の流路高さよりも低く形成される複数の突起部を有し、
前記突起部は、前記V字状の先端部及び開口部が前記第2流路における第2流体の流れ方向に並ぶように、かつ前記V字状の一対の自由端部の一方が前記第1流路への第1流体の第1流入口側に位置し他方が前記第1流路からの第1流体の第1流出口側に位置するように、第2流体の流れと直交する直交方向に複数並べて配置され、
前記第2流路への第2流体の第2流入口と前記第2流路からの第2流体の第2流出口とを結んだ直線の一方の側方における前記突起部は、前記直線の他方の側方における前記突起部とは前記第1プレート及び前記第2プレートの中心について点対称であり、
隣り合う一対の前記突起部は、前記V字状の前記先端部と前記開口部とが前記直交方向に交互に並ぶように配置される、
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1に記載の熱交換器であって、
前記熱交換促進部材は、前記第1プレートと前記第2プレートとの間に立設される熱交換壁面を有し、
前記熱交換壁面は、前記第1流入口から前記第1流出口に向かう第1流体の流れ方向と交差するように配置される、
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。
