Claims (8)
- 第1流体と第2流体との間で熱交換が行われる熱交換器であって、
第1流体が流路方向に流通する第1流路と、第2流体が流通する第2流路と、を仕切るチューブと、
前記第1流路に配置されるインナーフィンと、を備え、
前記インナーフィンは、
前記チューブに接触する平壁と、
前記平壁の交差方向に連なり、前記第1流路を流路幅方向に並ぶ複数の小流路に仕切る起立壁と、
前記平壁から切り起こされて前記小流路に突出するフィン部と、を有し、
前記チューブは、前記第1流路に面する流路面から窪み、かつ前記第2流路に面する流路面から隆起するディンプルを有する、
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1に記載の熱交換器であって、
前記ディンプルは、第2流体の流れに対向するように前記小流路を跨いで複数の前記平壁にわたって延在する対向ディンプルである、
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項2に記載の熱交換器であって、
前記対向ディンプルは、
前記流路方向に対して傾斜する対の傾斜部と、
対の前記傾斜部が互いに交差する交差部と、を有する、
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項3に記載の熱交換器であって、
対の前記対向ディンプルは、互いに対向して前記第2流路に突出する、
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項2から4のいずれか一つに記載の熱交換器であって、
前記ディンプルは、前記流路方向に延在する縦ディンプルであり、
複数の前記対向ディンプルは、前記縦ディンプルに沿って並ぶ、
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項5に記載の熱交換器であって、
対の前記縦ディンプルは、互いに対向して前記第2流路に突出する、
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載の熱交換器であって、
前記インナーフィンは、前記インナーフィンの前記フィン部が切り起こされたところに開口するフィン開口部を有し、
前記フィン開口部は、前記ディンプルの窪みに面する部位を有する、
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか一つに記載の熱交換器であって、
前記チューブに前記ディンプルが設けられることにより前記チューブが前記インナーフィンに対して接触しない非接触面積の比率は、2%以上14%以下の範囲に設定される、
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。
