Description
上記実施形態においては、膜部12を形成する粒子13が導電性高分子材料であるPEDOT/PSSから形成されるコアシェル構造を有するようにした。即ち、上記実施形態においては、粒子13のコア部13aがPEDOTから形成され、粒子13のシェル部13bがPSSから形成されるようにした。
上記実施形態においては、ハニカム部材131(基材部11)のハニカム形状が三角形状となるようにした。これに代えて、ハニカム部材131(基材部11)のハニカム形状については、図13に示すような波形状(第一変更例)、又は、図14に示すような六角形状(第二変更例)を採用することも可能である。このようなハニカム形状をハニカム部材131(基材部11)に採用した場合であっても、ハニカム部材131(基材部11)の表面にコアシェル構造を有する粒子13が塗布されて膜部12が形成される。
上記実施形態においては、ハニカム部材131(基材部11)が円柱状とした。これに代えて、図15に示すように、ハニカム部材131(基材部11)を角柱状とすることも可能である。この場合においても、ハニカム部材131(基材部11)のハニカム形状については、図10、図13に示す第一変更例及び図14に示す第二変更例の形状を採用することができる。
上記実施形態においては、微細水発生部130がハニカム部材131を備え、ハニカム部材131に微細水放出素子10の基材部11を一体に形成するようにした。これに代えて、図16に示す微細水発生部230を設けることも可能である。微細水発生部230は、一つの微細水放出素子10を用いて断面渦状に形成された基材部11を備えており、基材部11の外表面(渦巻き形状の内側に相当する面)にはコアシェル構造を有する粒子13が塗布されて膜部12が形成されている。
上記実施形態及び上記各変形例においては、利用者が操作可能な制御装置150を直接的に操作して、微細水放出装置100を作動させるようにした。これに加えて、例えば、利用者が所持する図示省略の携帯端末(具体的に、例えば、スマートフォン等)を操作することにより、微細水放出装置100を作動させることも可能である。この場合、携帯端末には、制御装置150による制御内容即ち運転モードを選択指示するためのアプリケーションがインストールされる。又、この場合には、微細水放出装置100には、図1にて破線により示すように、携帯端末との通信を可能とし、且つ、制御装置150との通信を可能とする通信装置160が設けられる。
上記実施形態及び上記各変形例においては、微細水放出装置100が単一のハニカム部材131を有する微細水発生部130(微細水放出素子10)を備え、一つの単一のハニカム部材131が通電状態と非通電状態とに切り替えられるようにした。これに代えて、微細水放出装置100が複数のハニカム部材131を有する微細水発生部130(微細水放出素子10)を備え、それぞれのハニカム部材131が独立して通電状態と非通電状態とに切り替えられるように構成することも可能である。以下、この第六変形例を具体的に説明する。
Claims (6)
- 第一空間と第二空間とを連通する流路を有するケースと、
前記流路に配置されていて、前記第一空間の空気を前記流路に導入し、前記流路に導入された前記空気を前記第二空間に放出する送風部と、
前記流路に配置されていて、基材部と、核を形成するコア部、及び、水素結合可能な極性官能基を有する高分子材料から形成されて前記コア部を被覆するシェル部からなるコアシェル構造を有する複数の粒子と、前記基材部の外表面に複数の前記粒子が膜状に積層されて成り、複数の前記粒子の前記シェル部と前記シェル部との間に形成されて前記空気から水分を吸着し、且つ、吸着した前記水分を前記空気に放出し得るナノメートルサイズの流路径のチャンネルを有する膜部と、を含み、前記基材部及び前記粒子のうちの少なくとも一方が導電性を有し、前記水分を吸着する吸着状態と、吸着している前記水分を前記空気に放出する放出状態と、の間で前記膜部の前記粒子の状態を遷移させて微細水を発生する微細水発生部と、
前記微細水発生部の前記基材部と電気的に接続され、前記基材部の通電を行う通電部と、
前記送風部及び前記通電部を制御する制御部と、を備えた微細水放出装置であって、
前記制御部は、
前記送風部によって前記第一空間の前記空気を前記流路に導入し、且つ、前記通電部によって前記微細水発生部の前記基材部を通電状態にして前記基材部が発熱している状態で前記膜部の温度を上昇させ、前記微細水発生部の前記粒子に吸着している前記水分を前記チャンネルの開口を介して無帯電且つ粒径が50ナノメートル以下の前記微細水として前記流路に導入された前記空気に対して放出させることにより、前記流路に導入された前記空気とともに前記微細水を前記送風部によって前記第二空間に放出する放出モードを実行する放出制御部と、
前記送風部によって前記第一空間又は前記第二空間の前記空気を前記流路に導入し、且つ、前記通電部によって前記基材部を非通電状態にして前記基材部が発熱していない状態で前記膜部の温度を前記通電状態に比べて低下させ、前記流路に導入された前記水分を前記開口から前記チャンネルを介して前記粒子に吸着させる放出準備モードを実行する放出準備制御部と、を備えるように構成された、微細水放出装置。 - 前記放出制御部及び前記放出準備制御部は、
前記放出モードと前記放出準備モードとからなるサイクルを複数回実行する、請求項1に記載の微細水放出装置。 - 前記放出モードにおいて前記通電状態の前記基材部は、
前記非通電状態に比べて20℃~50℃の範囲で温度上昇する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の微細水放出装置。 - 前記放出モードにおいて前記第二空間に放出された前記微細水は、
前記第二空間に存在する人体に供給される、請求項1乃至請求項3のうちの何れか一項に記載の微細水放出装置。 - 前記基材部は、ステンレス系金属から形成されており、
前記粒子は、ポリ(3,4-エチレンジオキシチオフェン)の前記コア部と、ポリ(スチレンスルホン酸)の前記シェル部と、から構成されるPEDOT/PSSである、請求項1乃至請求項4のうちの何れか一項に記載の微細水放出装置。 - 前記PEDOT/PSSは、
前記PEDOTのモノマーであるエチレンジオキシチオフェン(EDOT)と前記PSSとの重量比が1:4~1:6の間となるように設定される、請求項5に記載の微細水放出装置。
