図1は、実施の形態1に係る電池積層体の概略構造を示す斜視図である。電池積層体1(1A)は、複数のバスバー2と、バスバー2により互いに電気的に接続された複数の電池4とを備える。
実施の形態2に係る電池積層体は、バスバーの構造が異なる点を除き、実施の形態1と共通の構成を有する。以下、本実施の形態に係る電池積層体について実施の形態1と異なる構成を中心に説明し、共通する構成については簡単に説明するか、あるいは説明を省略する。
実施の形態3に係る電池積層体は、バスバーの構造が異なる点を除き、実施の形態1と共通の構成を有する。以下、本実施の形態に係る電池積層体について実施の形態1と異なる構成を中心に説明し、共通する構成については簡単に説明するか、あるいは説明を省略する。
実施の形態4に係る電池積層体は、実施の形態1のバスバーと実施の形態3のバスバーとを組み合わせた形状のバスバーを備える点を除き、実施の形態1または3と共通の構成を有する。以下、本実施の形態に係る電池積層体について実施の形態1と異なる構成を中心に説明し、共通する構成については簡単に説明するか、あるいは説明を省略する。
実施の形態5に係る電池積層体は、バスバーの構造が異なる点を除き、実施の形態1と共通の構成を有する。以下、本実施の形態に係る電池積層体について実施の形態1と異なる構成を中心に説明し、共通する構成については簡単に説明するか、あるいは説明を省略する。

Claims (7)
- 積層された複数の電池と、
前記複数の電池を電気的に接続するバスバーと、を備え、
前記バスバーは、前記電池の積層方向に延在する本体部と、前記本体部から前記積層方向と交わる方向に突出し、各電池の端子に電気的に接続される複数の接続部と、を有し、
前記複数の接続部は、前記本体部が前記端子の直上からずれた位置に配置されるように前記本体部から突出し、
前記複数の電池は、少なくとも2つの電池で構成される複数の電池ユニットに組み分けられ、各電池ユニットにおいて電池同士が前記バスバーで並列接続され、電池ユニット同士が前記バスバーで直列接続されることを特徴とする電池積層体。 - 前記積層方向における各接続部の断面積は、前記積層方向と交わる方向における前記本体部の断面積よりも小さい請求項1に記載の電池積層体。
- 前記複数の接続部は、第1接続部と第2接続部とを含み、
前記複数の電池ユニットは、前記バスバーにより直列接続される第1電池ユニットと第2電池ユニットとを含み、
前記第1電池ユニットは、前記第1接続部が接続される第1電池と、前記第1電池よりも前記第2電池ユニットに近く前記第2接続部が接続される第2電池とを含み、
前記第1接続部と前記第2接続部とは、各接続部と各電池との接点から前記第2接続部と前記本体部との接点までの電気抵抗の差が、前記第1接続部と前記第2接続部とが同一形状を有する場合よりも小さくなる形状を有する請求項1または2に記載の電池積層体。 - 前記第1接続部と前記第2接続部とは、断面積の大きさが異なる請求項3に記載の電池積層体。
- 前記バスバーは、バスバーによって電気的に接続される電池間の相対的な変位を吸収する変位吸収部を有する請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の電池積層体。
- 前記変位吸収部は、電池に対し近接離間する方向に延伸する部分を有する請求項5に記載の電池積層体。
- 前記バスバーは、前記電池ユニット同士を直列接続する領域における電気抵抗が前記電池同士を並列接続する領域における電気抵抗よりも小さくなる形状を有する請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の電池積層体。
