Claims (4)
- 内部空間を有するハウジングと、
前記内部空間内に配置された熱発生構成要素と、
前記熱発生構成要素と接触するように前記内部空間内に配置された作動流体液と
を含む、浸漬冷却システムであって、
前記作動流体が構造式(IA)
前記作動流体が2.5未満の誘電率を有し、
前記熱発生構成要素が電子デバイスを含む、浸漬冷却システム。 - 各Rf 1及びRf 2が、独立して、(i)1~6個の炭素原子を有する、直鎖若しくは分枝鎖の全フッ素化非環式アルキル基であり、任意に、O若しくはNから選択される1個以上の連結されたヘテロ原子を含有するか、又は(ii)3~7個の炭素原子を有する、全フッ素化5~7員環式アルキル基であり、任意に、O若しくはNから選択される1個以上の連結されたヘテロ原子を含有する、請求項1に記載の浸漬冷却システム。
- 作動流体中に熱発生構成要素を少なくとも部分的に浸漬することと、
前記作動流体を使用して、前記熱発生構成要素から熱を伝達することと、
を含む、熱発生構成要素を冷却するための方法であって、
前記作動流体が構造式(IA)
前記作動流体が2.5未満の誘電率を有し、
前記熱発生構成要素が電子デバイスを含む、方法。
