Description
本出願は、2017年12月13日に出願された米国特許仮出願第62/598294号の優先権を主張するものであり、その開示の全体が参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
誘電性ガスは、例えば、コンデンサ、変圧器、電気ケーブル又は電気バス、回路遮断器、及び開閉装置などの様々な電気デバイスで使用される。このような電気デバイスでは、誘電性ガスは多くの場合、絶縁耐力(dielectric strength)(DS)がより高いため、電気絶縁体として空気の代わりに使用される。このような誘電性ガスは、空気充填された電気デバイスと比較して、より高い電力密度を可能にする。
電磁撹拌棒を備えた40mLバイアル瓶に、AlCl3(1.1g、8.2mmol)及びMA-2(20.0g、75.2mmol)を入れた。バイアル瓶に蓋をし、50℃で16時間撹拌した。得られた反応混合物をセライトパッドでろ過し、ろ液をGC-FIDによって分析すると、MA-2出発物質の99%を超える変換率を示した。次いで、得られた生成物混合物を、同心管蒸留(33℃、740mm/Hg(98.7kPa))により精製して、無色液体として所望のMP-2(17.1g、86%の単離収率)を得た。GC/MS及び19F NMR分析によって、構造が所望の化合物の構造であることを確認した。
オーバーヘッド撹拌機を備えた600mLステンレス鋼反応器に、AlCl3(2.3g、17mmol)を入れた。反応容器を密封し、減圧下で排気した後、MA-1(96g、444mmol)を添加し、続いて50℃で一晩撹拌した。次いで、ヘッドスペースを通気し、ドライアイス/アセトン浴(-78℃)中に浸漬されたステンレス鋼シリンダ内に濃縮した。同心管蒸留によって、MP-1(10℃未満の沸点、79.3g、83%の単離収率)を得た。GC/MSによって、構造が所望の化合物の構造であることを確認した。
PE-1、PE-2、CE-1、CE-2、及びCE-3のガス状絶縁破壊電圧を、低圧ガスで測定できるように変更されたHipotronics OC60D-A絶縁耐力試験機(Hipotronics(Brewster,NY,USA)から入手可能)を使用して実験的に測定した。電極構成は、気密性PFTE(ポリテトラフルオロエチレン)試験チャンバ内に収容された0.1インチ(2.5mm)の間隙によって分離された2つの銅電極からなる。試験チャンバを最初に排気し、次いでPE-1、PE-2、CE-1、CE-2、又はCE-3を、全蒸気圧まで充填し、表2及び表3に示される測定圧力まで排気した。絶縁破壊電圧(kVで測定)を、各排気後に測定して、絶縁耐力を決定し、結果を表2及び表3にまとめる。
Claims (13)
- リザーバを更に備え、前記リザーバが、液体形態の前記誘電性流体の所定量を収容する、請求項1に記載の電気デバイス。
- 前記電気デバイスが、ガス絶縁回路遮断器、電流遮断設備、ガス絶縁送電線、ガス絶縁変圧器、及びガス絶縁サブステーションからなる群から選択される、請求項1又は2に記載の電気デバイス。
- 1つ以上の第2の誘電性ガスを更に含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電気デバイス。
- 1つ以上の第2の誘電性ガスが、窒素、二酸化炭素、亜酸化窒素、ヘリウム、アルゴン、酸素、及びこれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項4に記載の電気デバイス。
- 1つ以上の第2の誘電性ガスが、ペルフルオロアルカン、フッ素化オレフィン、フッ素化ケトン、フッ素化オキシラン、フッ素化ニトリル、フッ素化ニトロアルカン、フッ素化ジオン、及びこれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項4に記載の電気デバイス。
- 前記式(I)の化合物が、トランス配置、シス配置、又はこれらの混合である、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の電気デバイス。
- 前記式(I)の化合物が、CF3-O-CF=CF-CF3である、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電気デバイス。
- 前記式(I)の化合物が、CF3CF2-O-CF=CF-CF3である、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電気デバイス。
- 前記1つ以上の第2の誘電性ガスが、25℃おいて、蒸気圧が少なくとも70kPaであるような量で使用される、請求項10に記載の誘電性流体。
- 前記第2の誘電性ガスと、前記式(I)によって表される全フッ素化1-アルコキシプロペン化合物との蒸気圧の比が、前記式(I)によってあらわされる全フッ素化1-アルコキシプロペン化合物を1とした場合に、前記第2の誘電性ガスが2.5以上である、請求項10又は11に記載の誘電性流体。
- 前記式(I)の化合物が、トランス配置、シス配置、又はこれらの混合である、請求項10又は11に記載の誘電性流体。
