Claims (4)
- 粒子と溶媒とを含むスラリーを貯留する容器を備えるスラリー貯留撹拌装置であって、
前記容器は、前記容器の内側に設けられ、前記容器に供給される気体を通過させて前記スラリーに微細泡を発生させる多孔質体で構成された内壁を有し、
前記内壁は、鉛直方向に対して傾斜する傾斜部を有し、下方に向かって縮径しており、
前記容器の底部側の少なくとも一部は、前記内壁を少なくともその一部に有する内装体と、該内装体の外側に設けられた外装体との二重構造を有し、
前記内装体と前記外装体とは離間して設けられており、
前記外装体には、前記内装体と前記外装体との間の空間に前記気体を供給する供給口が設けられているスラリー貯留撹拌装置。 - 請求項1に記載のスラリー貯留撹拌装置であって、
前記供給口が前記外装体の底部に設けられているスラリー貯留撹拌装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載のスラリー貯留撹拌装置であって、
前記内装体及び前記外装体は、前記容器の底部側とは反対側の本体部から分離可能に構成されているスラリー貯留撹拌装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のスラリー貯留撹拌装置であって、
前記容器内に消泡装置をさらに備えるスラリー貯留撹拌装置。
