本实用新型属于一种流态化装置，具体涉及一种粉料固体流态化装置。它包括容器，容器的上部设有气体入口、气体出口及固体粉料进口，容器的下部设有固体粉料出口，其中，气体入口通过输气管与气体分配装置连接，所述的气体分配装置是由烧结金属板和支撑筋板组成的中空壳体结构。由于气体分配器由多孔烧结金属板及高强度金属筋板构成，气体从进气口送入，经输气管进入气体分配器后，可实现气体的均匀分布，提高固体的流态化程度，有效防止固体的架桥堵塞；另外本实用新型结构简单、加工方便。本实用新型可作为固体粉料进行流态化工艺时的设备。

技术领域
本实用新型属于一种流态化装置，具体涉及一种采用气流驱动的粉料流态化装置。
背景技术
在工业生产中，为了对粉末固体物料进行连续短途输送，往往会用将粉体流态化的方法，使其成为具有流体特征的流态化固体，然后用气体对其进行输送。而目前现有的粉料固体流态化装置存在气流分配不均匀，流态化程度不高，固体易出现架桥堵塞等缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可实现气体的均匀分布，提高固体的流态化程度，有效防止固体的架桥堵塞，同时可以保证流体的流动稳定性的粉料固体流态化装置。
本实用新型是这样实现的：一种粉料固体流态化装置，它包括容器，容器的上部设有气体入口、气体出口及固体粉料进口，容器的下部设有固体粉料出口，其中，气体入口通过输气管与气体分配装置连接，所述的气体分配装置是由烧结金属板和支撑筋板组成的中空壳体结构。
本实用新型的优点是：由于气体分配器由多孔烧结金属板及高强度金属支撑筋板构成的中空壳体结构，气体从进气口送入，经输气管进入气体分配器喷出后，可实现容器下部结构内气体的均匀分布，提高粉料固体的流态化程度，有效防止粉料固体的架桥堵塞；另外本实用新型结构简单、加工方便。

图中，1气体入口，2输气管，3支撑拉杆，4气体分配装置，5支撑筋板，6烧结金属板，7进料口，8出料口，9容器，10气体出口。
具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种固体粉料流态化装置，它包括一个圆筒形中空的容器9，该容器9的上部为球冠形，底部为锥形。在容器9上部的中间设有气体入口1，在容器9上部位于气体入口1的两侧分别设有气体出口10和进料口7；在气体入口1的下部连接有输气管2，输气管2的另一端与气体分配装置4连接，气体分配装置4由多孔烧结金属板6和高强度金属支撑筋板5相间隔而组成的中空壳体结构，其中，多孔烧结金属板6是由金属粉末烧结压制而成，因此具有良好的透气性，并能阻止固体粉末的通过。气体分配装置4的下部为圆锥形的出料口8。其中，气体入口1、气体输送管2、气体分配装置4通过焊接连接，同时为了保证装置的稳定性及强度，输气管2通过一组或几组支撑拉杆3进行固定，拉杆3的一端通过拉环套在输气管2上，另一端固定连接到容器9的内壁上。
本装置的使用方法是：关闭容器9的固体粉料出口8，打开容器9的进料口7，同时开启气体分配装置4的气体进口1并通气，在固体粉料由进料口7依靠重力进入底部为锥形的容器9的同时，流态化气体也通过气体分配装置4进入容器9，气体由气体出口10送至外部过滤器；当容器9内的料位达到预定的高度时，停止加料并关闭进料口7，根据料位的高低，调节气体的流量，可以使固体粉料得到充分的流态化，此时根据需要打开出料口8对流态化的固体粉料进行输送。
通过上述方法，可实现固体粉料的稳定流态化，实现均匀输送，分配装置结构简单、加工方便。
本实用新型可作为固体粉料进行流态化工艺时的设备。

1.一种粉料固体流态化装置，它包括容器(9)，容器(9)的上部设有气体入口(1)、气体出口(10)及固体粉料进口(7)，容器(9)的下部设有固体粉料出口(8)，其中，气体入口(1)通过输气管(2)与气体分配装置(4)连接，其特征在于：所述的气体分配装置(4)是由烧结金属板(6)和支撑筋板(5)组成的中空壳体结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种粉料固体流态化装置，其特征在于：输气管(2)由支撑拉杆(3)固定。
