接続されたコアパイプ(20)の合計の長さが前記チューブ(12)の所望の長さに等しくなるように、前記コアパイプ(20)を別のコアパイプ(84)に接続することによって前記コアパイプ(20)の長さを延長させるステップ(82)と、
前記コアパイプ(20)の前記厚さ(Tc)を増加させて前記コアパイプ(20)の前記厚さ(Tc)が前記チューブ(12)の前記所望の厚さ(DTp)に等しくなるように、付加製造により前記コアパイプ(20)の外部面(24)の上に外層(22)を構築するステップ(92)と
を含む、方法(56、58)。 - 付加製造により前記コアパイプ(20)の外部面(24)の上に外層(22)を構築するステップ(92)が、
