Description
Claims (2)
- ロボットを構成する任意のアーム部と他のアーム部を連結する関節機構に設けることにより入力する回転運動を減速して出力する回転減速伝達装置であって、内周面の内方を、ケーブル類の配線空間に形成するとともに、筒形の入力回転体により構成した回転運動が入力する回転入力部と、前記入力回転体の外周面に設けることにより前記回転入力部と一体に回転するカム本体部及びこのカム本体部の外周に沿って設けた内輪とフレキシブルな外輪間に複数の転動体を介在させたオーバルシャフト部と、インナギアを内周に形成し、かつ位置を固定したインターナルギア部と、外周の周方向に沿って形成し、かつ前記インナギアに対して歯数を少なくして、前記オーバルシャフト部の外周に付設した際に、周方向における180〔°〕の位置関係となる二個所の位置で前記インナギアに噛合するアウタギアを有するフレックスギア部と、このフレックスギア部の側面から突出した伝達ピン本体及びこの伝達ピン本体を軸にして中心位置が回動自在に支持された伝達ローラにより構成するとともに、当該フレックスギア部の周方向に沿って所定間隔置きに設けた複数の伝達ピン部と、各伝達ピン部が係合し、かつ周方向に沿って所定間隔置きに設けるとともに、回転伝達時に前記伝達ピン部の前記周方向及び/又は放射方向の変位を許容する係合孔を形成した係合部を設けたリング形の出力プレート部を有する回転出力機構とを備え、前記係合部を、前記伝達ピン部の周面が常時当接し、かつ当該出力プレート部の前記周方向及び前記放射方向への当該伝達ピン部の変位を許容する複方向係合孔により構成してなることを特徴とする回転減速伝達装置。
- 前記フレックスギア部は、内周面に、フレキシブル性を確保する切込部を形成するとともに、各切込部間に、前記伝達ピン本体を配したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の回転減速伝達装置。
