前記耐熱性樹脂層のさらに外側に印刷改善樹脂層が積層されていることを特徴とする成形用包装材。
前記印刷改善樹脂層の外側表面の滑剤は、前記熱融着性樹脂層の表面に存在する滑剤が、前記印刷改善樹脂層の外側表面に転写されたものである前項9に記載の成形用包装材。

同時2軸延伸法で延伸して得られた、厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率4.0%の二軸延伸ナイロン(6ナイロン)フィルム(MD/TD=0.95、耐熱性樹脂層)2の一方の面に、上記樹脂組成物Wをグラビアロールコート法により塗布して乾燥させた後、40℃環境下で1日放置することにより硬化反応を進行させて、形成量0.1g/m2の印刷改善樹脂層7を形成した。
厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率4.0%の二軸延伸6ナイロンフィルム(MD/TD=0.95)に代えて、同時2軸延伸法で延伸して得られた、厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率2.5%の二軸延伸6ナイロンフィルム(MD/TD=0.9)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、ロール体から引き出した成形用包装材1を得た(図1参照)。
厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率4.0%の二軸延伸6ナイロンフィルム(MD/TD=0.95)に代えて、同時2軸延伸法で延伸して得られた、厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率3.5%の二軸延伸6ナイロンフィルム(MD/TD=1.0)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、ロール体から引き出した成形用包装材1を得た(図1参照)。
厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率4.0%の二軸延伸6ナイロンフィルム(MD/TD=0.95)に代えて、同時2軸延伸法で延伸して得られた、厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率5.0%の二軸延伸6ナイロンフィルム(MD/TD=1.1)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、ロール体から引き出した成形用包装材1を得た(図1参照)。
厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率4.0%の二軸延伸6ナイロンフィルム(MD/TD=0.95)に代えて、同時2軸延伸法で延伸して得られた、厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率10%の二軸延伸6ナイロンフィルム(MD/TD=0.9)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、ロール体から引き出した成形用包装材1を得た(図1参照)。
厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率4.0%の二軸延伸6ナイロンフィルム(MD/TD=0.95)に代えて、同時2軸延伸法で延伸して得られた、厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率15%の二軸延伸6ナイロンフィルム(MD/TD=1.05)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、ロール体から引き出した成形用包装材1を得た(図1参照)。
印刷改善樹脂層7を設けない構成とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして、ロール体から引き出した成形用包装材を得た。
厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率4.0%の二軸延伸6ナイロンフィルム(MD/TD=0.95)に代えて、逐次2軸延伸法で延伸して得られた、厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率3.0%の二軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルム(MD/TD=1.0)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、ロール体から引き出した成形用包装材1を得た(図1参照)。

厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率4.0%の二軸延伸6ナイロンフィルム(MD/TD=0.95)に代えて、逐次2軸延伸法で延伸して得られた、厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率15%の二軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルム(MD/TD=0.9)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、ロール体から引き出した成形用包装材1を得た(図1参照)。
印刷改善樹脂層7をを設けない構成とした以外は、実施例8と同様にして、ロール体から引き出した成形用包装材を得た。

厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率4.0%の二軸延伸6ナイロンフィルム(MD/TD=0.95)に代えて、逐次2軸延伸法で延伸して得られた、厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率15%の二軸延伸ポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)フィルム(MD/TD=0.9)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、ロール体から引き出した成形用包装材1を得た(図1参照)。
印刷改善樹脂層7を設けない構成とした以外は、実施例11と同様にして、ロール体から引き出した成形用包装材を得た。
厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率4.0%の二軸延伸6ナイロンフィルム(MD/TD=0.95)に代えて、同時2軸延伸法で延伸して得られた、厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率4.0%の二軸延伸ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)フィルム(MD/TD=0.9)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、ロール体から引き出した成形用包装材1を得た(図1参照)。
厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率4.0%の二軸延伸6ナイロンフィルム(MD/TD=0.95)に代えて、同時2軸延伸法で延伸して得られた、厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率6.0%の二軸延伸ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)フィルム(MD/TD=0.9)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、ロール体から引き出した成形用包装材1を得た(図1参照)。
厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率4.0%の二軸延伸6ナイロンフィルム(MD/TD=0.95)に代えて、同時2軸延伸法で延伸して得られた、厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率15%の二軸延伸ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)フィルム(MD/TD=0.9)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、ロール体から引き出した成形用包装材1を得た(図1参照)。
印刷改善樹脂層7を設けない構成とした以外は、実施例14と同様にして、ロール体から引き出した成形用包装材を得た。
接着剤組成物Wに代えて、接着剤組成物Vを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、ロール体から引き出した成形用包装材1を得た(図1参照)。
接着剤組成物Wに代えて、接着剤組成物Vを用いると共に、厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率4.0%の二軸延伸6ナイロンフィルム(MD/TD=0.95)に代えて、逐次2軸延伸法で延伸して得られた、厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率10%の二軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルム(MD/TD=0.9)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、ロール体から引き出した成形用包装材1を得た(図1参照)。
接着剤組成物Wに代えて、接着剤組成物Vを用いると共に、厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率4.0%の二軸延伸6ナイロンフィルム(MD/TD=0.95)に代えて、逐次2軸延伸法で延伸して得られた、厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率5.0%の二軸延伸ポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)フィルム(MD/TD=0.9)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、ロール体から引き出した成形用包装材1を得た(図1参照)。

接着剤組成物Wに代えて、接着剤組成物Zを用いると共に、厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率4.0%の二軸延伸6ナイロンフィルム(MD/TD=0.95)に代えて、逐次2軸延伸法で延伸して得られた、厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率4.0%の二軸延伸ポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)フィルム(MD/TD=0.9)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、ロール体から引き出した成形用包装材を得た(図1参照)。
接着剤組成物Wに代えて、接着剤組成物Zを用いると共に、厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率4.0%の二軸延伸6ナイロンフィルム(MD/TD=0.95)に代えて、同時2軸延伸法で延伸して得られた、厚さ15μm、熱水収縮率6.0%の二軸延伸ポリブチレンナフタレート(PBT)フィルム(MD/TD=0.9)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、ロール体から引き出した成形用包装材を得た(図1参照)。
前記未延伸ポリプロピレンフィルム3として、3μmのランダムポリプロピレン層(エルカ酸アマイド含有率500ppm)/24μmのブロックポリプロピレン層(エルカ酸アマイド含有率1500ppm)/3μmのランダムポリプロピレン層(エルカ酸アマイド含有率500ppm)の3層積層構成のフィルムを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、ロール体から引き出した成形用包装材を得た(図1参照)。
前記未延伸ポリプロピレンフィルム3として、3μmのランダムポリプロピレン層(エルカ酸アマイド含有率1500ppm)/24μmのブロックポリプロピレン層(エルカ酸アマイド含有率3000ppm)/3μmのランダムポリプロピレン層(エルカ酸アマイド含有率1500ppm)の3層積層構成のフィルムを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、ロール体から引き出した成形用包装材を得た(図1参照)。
各実施例毎、各比較例毎に、それぞれ30個の成形用包装材を製造し、成形用包装材の印刷改善樹脂層の表面の一部の領域に、インクジェットプリンターを使用して白インキで文字及びバーコードを印刷した。これら表面印刷がなされた成形用包装材について、印刷インキ部の文字やバーコードの滲みの有無、印刷インキ部の剥離の有無を肉眼で、下記a)、b)の2つの状態時において調べ、下記判定基準に基づいて評価した。
(判定基準)
「◎」…印刷インキ部が、滲んだもの又は/及び剥離したものが、30個中0個である
「○」…印刷インキ部が、滲んだもの又は/及び剥離したものが、30個中、1個又は2個である
「△」…印刷インキ部が、滲んだもの又は/及び剥離したものが、30個中、3個又は4個である
「×」…印刷インキ部が、滲んだもの又は/及び剥離したものが、30個中、5個~30個である。
b)高温高湿試験を適用した後の表面印刷成形用包装材(上記表面印刷成形用包装材を、85℃×95%RHの高温高湿試験機の中に72時間入れ続けた後、取り出して常温で5日間経過後の表面印刷成形用包装材)。

Claims (11)
- 外側層としての耐熱性樹脂層と、内側層としての熱融着性樹脂層と、これら両層間に配設された金属箔層と、を含む電池ケース成形用包装材であって、
前記耐熱性樹脂層のさらに外側に印刷改善樹脂層が積層され、
前記印刷改善樹脂層は樹脂-水系エマルジョンで構成され、
前記印刷改善樹脂層は、ウレタン樹脂及びエポキシ樹脂を含有し、
前記印刷改善樹脂層は、ブロッキング防止剤としての無機微粒子を含有していることを特徴とする成形用包装材。 - 前記印刷改善樹脂層において、前記ウレタン樹脂/前記エポキシ樹脂の含有質量比が98/2~40/60の範囲である請求項1に記載の成形用包装材。
- 外側層としての耐熱性樹脂層と、内側層としての熱融着性樹脂層と、これら両層間に配設された金属箔層と、を含む電池ケース成形用包装材であって、
前記耐熱性樹脂層のさらに外側に印刷改善樹脂層が積層され、
前記印刷改善樹脂層は樹脂-水系エマルジョンで構成され、
前記印刷改善樹脂層は、アクリル酸エステル樹脂及びメタアクリル酸エステル樹脂からなる群より選ばれる1種または2種以上のアクリル樹脂と、エポキシ樹脂とを含有し、
前記印刷改善樹脂層は、ブロッキング防止剤としての無機微粒子を含有していることを特徴とする成形用包装材。 - 前記印刷改善樹脂層において、前記アクリル樹脂/前記エポキシ樹脂の含有質量比が98/2~40/60の範囲である請求項3に記載の成形用包装材。
- 前記耐熱性樹脂層は、2軸延伸ポリアミドフィルム、2軸延伸ポリエチレンナフタレートフィルム、2軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム又は2軸延伸ポリブチレンテレフタレートフィルムで形成されている請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の成形用包装材。
- 前記印刷改善樹脂層の外側の表面に滑剤が付着している請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の成形用包装材。
- 前記熱融着性樹脂層が滑剤を含有し、
前記印刷改善樹脂層の外側表面の滑剤は、前記熱融着性樹脂層の表面に存在する滑剤が、前記印刷改善樹脂層の外側表面に転写されたものである請求項6に記載の成形用包装材。 - 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の成形用包装材を深絞り成形または張り出し成形することを特徴とする成形ケースの製造方法。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の成形用包装材を深絞り成形または張り出し成形することを特徴とする電池ケースの製造方法。
- 前記熱融着性樹脂層が滑剤を含有する請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の成形用包装材を、前記熱融着性樹脂層と前記印刷改善樹脂層とが接触する態様でロール状に重ねてロール体を得る工程と、
前記ロール体から前記成形用包装材を引き出し、該引き出された成形用包装材で蓄電デバイス本体部を外装して蓄電デバイスを得る工程と、
前記蓄電デバイスの外装状態の成形用包装材の印刷改善樹脂層の外側の表面に印刷を行う印刷工程と、を含むことを特徴とする表面印刷がなされた蓄電デバイスの製造方法。 - 前記ロール体から引き出された成形用包装材の印刷改善樹脂層の外側の表面に滑剤が付着しており、前記印刷改善樹脂層の外側表面の滑剤は、前記ロール状に重ねたときに前記熱融着性樹脂層の表面に存在する滑剤が前記印刷改善樹脂層の外側表面に転写されたものであり、
前記印刷工程において、前記滑剤が付着した印刷改善樹脂層の外側表面に前記印刷を行う請求項10に記載の表面印刷がなされた蓄電デバイスの製造方法。
