Description
溶融した樹脂が射出・充填されるキャビティを有し、該キャビティ内に射出された前記樹脂が分岐・合流する形状を有する金型を用いた射出成型方法において、
前記射出前に前記溶融樹脂に気泡を注入する気泡注入工程と、同じく前記射出前に注入された前記気泡を微小気泡に変換する微小気泡生成工程と、該微小気泡を含有した前記溶融樹脂を射出する射出工程と、該射出された前記微小気泡を含有する前記溶融樹脂の前記微小気泡を前記合流箇所で破裂させる微小気泡破裂工程と、を有することを特徴とする。
前記微小気泡の生成は、前記注入された気泡に超音波を付与すること又は急加圧処理と急減圧処理とを施すことにより行われることを特徴とする。
前記微小気泡の破裂は、前記微小気泡に超音波を付与することにより行うことを特徴とする。
前記超音波の付与は、前記溶融樹脂の通過する通路の内壁面に超音波振動子を埋設して該超音波振動子に電気信号を与えて振動させることにより行うことを特徴とする。
前記溶融樹脂は繊維体を含み、前記合流箇所では前記微小気泡の破裂によりランダムに配向することを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 溶融した樹脂が射出・充填されるキャビティを有し、該キャビティ内に射出された前記溶融した樹脂が分岐・合流する形状を有する金型を用いた射出成型方法において、
前記射出前に前記溶融した樹脂に気泡を注入する気泡注入工程と、
同じく前記射出前に注入された前記気泡を微小気泡に変換する微小気泡生成工程と、
該微小気泡を含有した前記溶融した樹脂を射出する射出工程と、
該射出された前記微小気泡を含有する前記溶融した樹脂の前記微小気泡を前記合流箇所において前記微小気泡に超音波を付与することにより破裂させる微小気泡破裂工程と、を有することを特徴とする射出成型方法。 - 前記微小気泡の生成は、
前記注入された気泡に超音波を付与すること又は急加圧処理と急減圧処理とを施すことにより行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出成型方法。 - 前記超音波の付与は、
前記溶融した樹脂の通過する通路の内壁面に超音波振動子を埋設して該超音波振動子に電気信号を与えて振動させることにより行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の射出成型方法。 - 前記溶融した樹脂は繊維体を含み、前記合流箇所では前記微小気泡の破裂によりランダムに配向することを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載の射出成型方法。
