Description
Claims (5)
- 車両におけるパーキング機構であって、
駆動軸に連結されたパーキングギヤと、
車両がパーキングレンジに遷移するパーキング位置と車両が非パーキングレンジに遷移する非パーキング位置との間で移動されると共に被ロック溝を有するパーキングピストンと、
前記パーキングピストンの移動に連動して移動されるパーキングロッドと、
前記パーキングギヤに噛合可能な噛合部を有し前記パーキングロッドの移動位置に応じて前記噛合部の前記パーキングギヤに対する噛合又は噛合の解除が行われるパーキングポールと、
前記パーキングピストンが前記パーキング位置に移動された状態で前記被ロック溝に係合される第1の係合部と前記パーキングピストンが前記非パーキング位置に移動された状態で前記被ロック溝に係合される第2の係合部とを有し前記パーキングピストンを前記パーキング位置と前記非パーキング位置において選択的にロックするロックレバーとを備えた
パーキング機構。 - 前記第1の係合部が前記被ロック溝に係合される方向である第1の回動方向と前記第2の係合部が前記被ロック溝に係合され前記第1の回動方向に対して反対の第2の回動方向とに回動可能にされ、
前記ロックレバーを前記第1の回動方向へ付勢する付勢バネが設けられた
請求項1に記載のパーキング機構。 - 前記ロックレバーに対して前記第2の回動方向への駆動力を付与するアクチュエーターが設けられ、
前記アクチュエーターの駆動力により前記第2の係合部が前記被ロック溝に係合される
請求項2に記載のパーキング機構。 - 前記パーキングピストンに、前記パーキングピストンの前記非パーキング位置から前記パーキング位置へ向けての移動時に前記第1の係合部が摺動可能な傾斜面が形成された
請求項2又は請求項3に記載のパーキング機構。 - 前記パーキングピストンに前記非パーキング位置から前記パーキング位置へ向けての移動力を付与するバネ部材が設けられ、
前記パーキングピストンは油圧の付与の解除により前記非パーキング位置から前記パーキング位置へ向けて移動される
請求項1、請求項2、請求項3又は請求項4に記載のパーキング機構。
