Claims (9)
- 像振れ補正光学素子を保持する可動部材と、
前記可動部材を光軸交差方向へ移動可能に保持する固定部材と、
前記可動部材に実装された電気素子と、
前記電気素子を前記固定部材に電気的に接続する可撓性シート部材と、を有する像振れ補正装置であって、
前記可撓性シート部材は、屈曲部と、前記屈曲部の一方の側に接続され、前記可動部材に当接する第1の延伸部と、前記屈曲部の他方の側に接続され、前記固定部材に当接する第2の延伸部と、を有し、
前記可動部材は、前記第1の延伸部に当接する第1の当接部を有し、
前記固定部材は、前記第2の延伸部に当接する第2の当接部を有し、
前記第1の当接部は前記第1の延伸部側に向かって凸の形状である、または前記第2の当接部は前記第2の延伸部側に向かって凸の形状であることを特徴とする像振れ補正装置。 - 前記第1の当接部および前記第2の当接部は、平行であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の像振れ補正装置。
- 前記可動部材の前記固定部材に対する前記光軸交差方向への移動は、前記屈曲部の位置移動と、前記屈曲部、前記第1の延伸部および前記第2の延伸部の捩れ変形とにより許容されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の像振れ補正装置。
- 前記第1の当接部は前記第1の延伸部側に向かって凸の形状であり、前記第2の当接部は前記第2の延伸部側に向かって凸の形状であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の像振れ補正装置。
- 前記第1の当接部は前記第1の延伸部側に向かって凸の円弧形状である、または前記第2の当接部は前記第2の延伸部側に向かって凸の円弧形状であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の像振れ補正装置。
- 前記第1の当接部は前記第1の延伸部側に向かって凸の円弧形状であり、前記第2の当接部は前記第2の延伸部側に向かって凸の円弧形状であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の像振れ補正装置。
- 前記屈曲部は、半円状であることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の像振れ補正装置。
- 撮影光学系と、
請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の像振れ補正装置と、を有することを特徴とするレンズ装置。 - 請求項8に記載のレンズ装置と、
前記レンズ装置を介して形成された被写体像を光電変換する撮像素子を備える撮像装置と、を有することを特徴とするカメラシステム。
