Description
本出願は、2017年5月22日に提出した中国特許出願CN201710364479.0の優先権を主張し、その内容は援用により全てここに含めておく。
第1端が電圧入力端に電気的に接続され、第2端が前記電圧入力端によって提供される共通電圧信号を出力するために用いられる制御サブ回路と、
第1端が前記制御サブ回路の第2端に電気的に接続され、第2端が少なくとも一つのデータラインに電気的に接続される放電サブ回路と、
を備え、
前記放電サブ回路は、前記制御サブ回路によって出力される共通電圧信号による制御下で、前記少なくとも一つのデータライン上の電荷を解放する保護回路を提供する。
Claims (10)
- 表示パネルの保護回路であって、
第1端が電圧入力端に電気的に接続され、第2端が前記電圧入力端によって供給される共通電圧信号を出力信号線に出力することに用いられる制御サブ回路と、
第1端が前記制御サブ回路の第2端と前記出力信号線とに電気的に接続され、第2端が少なくとも一つのデータラインに電気的に接続される放電サブ回路と、を備え、
前記出力信号線は、互いに並列に接続される複数の信号線を備え、
前記放電サブ回路は、複数の第3の薄膜トランジスタを有するアレイを備え、前記複数の第3の薄膜トランジスタは、各々、前記複数の信号線のうちそれぞれの第3の薄膜トランジスタの位置する行に対応する信号線に電気的に接続されたゲート電極を有し、
前記第3の薄膜トランジスタがN型トランジスタである場合には、前記放電サブ回路は、前記制御サブ回路から供給される共通電圧信号が高レベルであるときの制御下で、前記少なくとも一つのデータライン上の電荷を解放し、又は、前記第3の薄膜トランジスタがP型トランジスタである場合には、前記放電サブ回路は、前記制御サブ回路から供給される共通電圧信号が低レベルであるときの制御下で、前記少なくとも一つのデータライン上の電荷を解放する、
保護回路。 - 前記制御サブ回路は、第1の薄膜トランジスタと第2の薄膜トランジスタを備え、
前記第1の薄膜トランジスタの第1極とゲート電極は、いずれも電圧入力端に電気的に接続され、前記第1の薄膜トランジスタの第2極は、前記第2の薄膜トランジスタの第1極に電気的に接続され、
前記第2の薄膜トランジスタの第2極は、前記第1の薄膜トランジスタの第1極に電気的に接続され、前記第2の薄膜トランジスタの第1極とゲート電極は、いずれも前記放電サブ回路の前記出力信号線に電気的に接続される
請求項1に記載の保護回路。 - 前記複数の第3の薄膜トランジスタは、各々、第1電極と第2電極とを有し、前記第1電極は、前記複数の信号線のうちそれぞれの第3の薄膜トランジスタの位置する行に対応する信号線に電気的に接続され、前記第2電極は、前記少なくとも一つのデータラインのうちそれぞれの第3の薄膜トランジスタの位置する列に対応するデータラインに電気的に接続される、
請求項1に記載の保護回路。 - 前記放電サブ回路は、さらに、互いに並列に接続される複数の電荷共有線を備える、
請求項1に記載の保護回路。 - 前記放電サブ回路は、複数の第3の薄膜トランジスタを有するアレイを備え、前記複数の第3の薄膜トランジスタは、各々、第1極と第2極とを有し、前記第1極は、前記複数の電荷共有線のうち、それぞれの第3の薄膜トランジスタの位置する列に対応する電荷共有線に電気的に接続され、前記第2極は、前記少なくとも一つのデータラインのうち、それぞれの第3の薄膜トランジスタの位置する列に対応するデータラインに電気的に接続される、
請求項4に記載の保護回路。 - 前記放電サブ回路は、複数の第3の薄膜トランジスタを有するアレイを備え、前記複数の第3の薄膜トランジスタは、各々、第1極と、第2極と、ゲート電極とを有し、前記第1極は、前記少なくとも一つのデータラインのうち、前記第1極と隣接するデータラインに電気的に接続され、前記第2極は、前記少なくとも一つのデータラインのうち、前記第2極と隣接するデータラインに電気的に接続され、前記ゲート電極は、前記複数の信号線のうちそれぞれの第3の薄膜トランジスタの位置する行に対応する信号線に電気的に接続される、
請求項1に記載の保護回路。 - 前記複数の電荷共有線の電位は、浮遊電位である、
請求項4に記載の保護回路。 - 前記第1の薄膜トランジスタは、N型薄膜トランジスタ又はP型薄膜トランジスタであり、前記第2の薄膜トランジスタは、N型薄膜トランジスタ又はP型薄膜トランジスタであり、前記第3の薄膜トランジスタは、N型薄膜トランジスタ又はP型薄膜トランジスタである
請求項2に記載の保護回路。 - 請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載の保護回路を備えるアレイ基板であって、
前記保護回路は、前記アレイ基板のデータラインの信号入力端及び/又はデータラインの信号入力端の対向側に設置される、アレイ基板。 - 請求項9に記載のアレイ基板を備える表示パネル。
