Description
本出願は、2019年3月12日付の韓国特許出願第10-2019-0028248号および2020年2月20日付の韓国特許出願第10-2020-0020902号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
本発明は、反射防止フィルム、偏光板およびディスプレイ装置に関する。
また、本発明は、前記反射防止フィルムを含み、高い画面の鮮明度を提供するディスプレイ装置を提供するものである。
また、本明細書では、前記反射防止フィルムを含むディスプレイ装置が提供される。

具体的には、表面積差百分率は、3次元の表面積と2次元の表面積との差を2次元の面積で割った後、100を掛けて算出することができ、これは原子間力顕微鏡装置を用いて得ることができる。より具体的には、2次元の面積は、測定対象の面積、例えば測定対象が四角形の場合横長さと縦長さの積に相当し、3次元の面積は、原子間力顕微鏡を通して得られたプロファイル(profile)から3Dイメージを形成した後、得られた測定値により確認できる。

前記金属アルコキシド系化合物を有機溶媒に希釈した後、水をゆっくりドロッピングする方法で前記ゾル-ゲル反応を行うことができる。この時、反応効率などを勘案して、水に対する金属アルコキシド化合物のモル比(金属イオン基準)は、3~170の範囲内で調節することが好ましい。

下記表1に記載された成分を混合して、低屈折層形成用コーティング液(C1~C6)を製造した。
-中空状シリカ粒子分散液:直径約42nm~66nm、JSC catalyst and chemicals社製(20% in MIBK)
-ソリッド状シリカ粒子分散液:直径約12nm~19nm(40.6% in MIBK)
-KBM-5103:シランカップリング剤、Shin-Etsu Silicone社製
-RS-923分散液:含フッ素化合物、DIC社製(40% in MIBK)、重量平均分子量4450g/mol
-Irgacure 127:光重合開始剤、Ciba社製
ポリエチレンテレフタレート(厚さ2μm、SRF PET、Toyobo社製)上に、前記製造例1のハードコート層形成用コーティング液をコーティングし乾燥してハードコート層を形成し、前記ハードコート層上に、前記表1に記載された低屈折層形成用コーティング液をコーティングし乾燥して、反射防止フィルムを製造した。

1.低屈折層表面のフッ素原子の含有量の測定
実施例および比較例で得られた反射防止フィルムを2cm×2cm(横×縦)に切断してサンプルホルダーの上に置いて、クリップを用いて固定した後、X線光電子分光法(X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy、K-alphaTM+XPS system、Thermo Fisher Scientific)を用いて低屈折層の表面を分析し、電子分光化学分析法(ESCA;Electron Spectroscopy for Chemical Analysis)を用いてsurveyおよびnarrow scan spectrumを得て定性および定量分析を行った。その結果、低屈折層表面でのフッ素原子の含有量を得て、これを下記表3に示す。
実施例および比較例で得られた反射防止フィルムの表面形状を測定するために原子間力顕微鏡(Atomic Force Microscope、Park Systems、XE7)を用いた。具体的には、試片を0.8cm×0.8cm(横×縦)に切断してサンプルステージにカーボンテープを使用して付着し、原子間力顕微鏡で平坦な部分を観察した。測定のための探針(Tip)としてPPP-NCHR 10(Force constant:42N/m、Resonance Frequency 330kHz)を用い、詳しい測定条件は次の通りである。

実施例および比較例で得られた反射防止フィルムが可視光線領域(380~780nm)で示す平均反射率をSolidspec3700(SHIMADZU社製)装置を用いて測定し、その結果を下記表3に示す。
実施例および比較例で得られた反射防止フィルムの表面にモナミ社製のネームペン黒(中間文字用)を利用して50gの荷重で直線を描いて、光学顕微鏡(Olympus社製、BX51)を用いて形成されたディウェッティング液滴(dewetting droplet)間の間隔を10回以上測定した後、その算術平均値によって防汚性を下記基準により判断し、その結果を下記表3に示す。

△:ディウェッティング液滴間の間隔の算術平均値が200μm以下50μm超

表面積差百分率(%)=(3次元の面積-2次元の面積)/2次元の面積))×100。 - 前記反射防止フィルムの中心線平均粗さ(Ra)は10nm以下である、請求項1に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記フッ素原子の含有量は、前記低屈折層の一面から低屈折層の厚さ方向に10nm厚さ以内に存在する原子の総含有量に対するフッ素原子の含有量である、請求項1に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記含フッ素化合物は反応性官能基を有する、請求項1に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記反射防止フィルムは、380nm~780nmの可視光線波長帯域で2%以下の平均反射率を示す、請求項1に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記低屈折層は中空状無機粒子をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記低屈折層の総重量に対する前記含フッ素化合物の含有量(F)は2≦F≦9(重量%)であり、
前記低屈折層の総重量に対する前記中空状無機粒子の含有量(V)は29≦V≦55(重量%)であると同時に、前記含フッ素化合物の含有量(F)および中空状無機粒子の含有量(V)が下記式2を満足する、請求項6に記載の反射防止フィルム:

F≧0.26V-6.11。 - 前記含フッ素化合物に含まれているフッ素原子の含有量は1~60重量%である、請求項1に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記低屈折層は、光重合性化合物の(共)重合体をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記低屈折層は、光重合性化合物、含フッ素化合物および反応性官能基が1以上置換されたポリシルセスキオキサン(polysilsesquioxane)間の架橋重合体をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記ハードコート層は、光硬化性樹脂を含むバインダー樹脂および前記バインダー樹脂に分散した有機または無機微粒子;を含む、請求項1に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 請求項1に規定の反射防止フィルムおよび偏光子を含む、偏光板。
- 請求項1に規定の反射防止フィルムを含む、ディスプレイ装置。
