Claims (9)
- 超微細な電線を微細な電線に接続する方法であって、前記微細な電線は25~100ミクロンの最大の断面を有し、前記超微細な電線は25ミクロン未満の最大の断面を有し、前記方法は、
前記微細な電線に平らな表面を有する絶縁されていない部分を設ける工程と、
前記微細な電線に設けられた前記絶縁されていない部分の前記平らな表面上に金を置く工程と、
前記超微細な電線に絶縁されていない部分を設ける工程と、
前記超微細な電線に設けられた前記絶縁されていない部分を、前記微細な電線に設けられた前記絶縁されていない部分の前記平らな表面上に置かれた前記金に接合する工程と、を含み、
前記接合する工程は、所定の時間に渡る所定の温度及び圧力プロファイルを用いた熱圧縮によって達成される、方法。 - 前記微細な電線に前記絶縁されていない部分を設ける前記工程は、前記微細な電線から絶縁物の一部を取り除いて前記平らな表面を露出させる工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記微細な電線に前記絶縁されていない部分を設ける前記工程は、前記微細な電線の前記絶縁されていない部分の一部分を取り除いて前記平らな表面を形成する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記置く工程は、前記平らな表面を前記金でめっきする工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 熱圧縮接合は安定した表面上で行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記接合された金と超微細な電線の上に絶縁物質を置く工程を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記絶縁物質は接着性を有する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記絶縁物質はシアノアクリレートを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記絶縁されていない部分が設けられた前記超微細な電線はコイルとして巻かれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
