Description
発進クラッチを設けている。そのため、発進クラッチを係合して動力伝達を行う場合、発進クラッチは、スリップ係合状態を経て徐々に係合させられる。
Claims (4)
- エンジンと、前記エンジンの出力軸に動力伝達可能に連結された第1モータと、伝達トルク容量を連続的に変化させるスリップ係合が可能であって、前記エンジンおよび前記第1モータと駆動輪との間で選択的に動力の伝達および遮断を行う第1クラッチと、前記スリップ係合が可能であって、前記エンジンおよび前記第1モータと前記駆動輪との間で選択的に動力の伝達および遮断を行う第2クラッチと、前記エンジンおよび前記第1モータと前記駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路を介さずに、前記駆動輪に動力伝達可能に連結された第2モータと、前記第1クラッチの発熱に関連するデータ、および、前記エンジンのエンジン回転数をそれぞれ検出する検出部と、前記エンジン、前記第1クラッチ、前記第2クラッチ、前記第1モータ、および、前記第2モータをそれぞれ制御するコントローラと、を備え、前記第1クラッチを、前記スリップ係合を経て完全係合させる際に、前記発熱に関連するデータから求まる前記第1クラッチの温度が所定温度以上の場合に、完全係合している前記第2クラッチを、前記第1クラッチと共に前記スリップ係合させ、前記第1クラッチを前記完全係合させるとともに、前記スリップ係合させた前記第2クラッチを前記完全係合の状態に戻すクラッチ掛け替え制御を実行し、前記第1クラッチの温度が前記所定温度よりも低い場合に、前記クラッチ掛け替え制御を実行せずに前記第1クラッチだけを前記スリップ係合させるハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記クラッチ掛け替え制御を実行する際に、前記エンジン回転数が前記エンジンの制御目標回転数から所定値以上乖離して変動する場合は、前記変動を抑制する補正トルクを前記第1モータに出力させる
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記第1モータに前記補正トルクを出力させる際に、
前記補正トルクと相殺するトルクを前記第2モータに出力させる
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記クラッチ掛け替え制御によって前記スリップ係合する際の前記第1クラッチの前記伝達トルク容量が、前記変動が生じない理想状態で前記スリップ係合した場合の前記第1クラッチの前記伝達トルク容量を上回るように、前記第1クラッチを制御する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記第1クラッチまたは前記第2クラッチを前記スリップ係合させて、少なくとも前記エンジンの出力トルクを前記駆動輪に徐々に伝達して前記ハイブリッド車両を発進させるフリクションスタートを実行するとともに、
前記第1クラッチによる前記フリクションスタートを実行する際に、前記第1クラッチの前記温度が前記所定温度よりも高い場合に、前記クラッチ掛け替え制御を実行し、
前記クラッチ掛け替え制御によって前記第1クラッチが前記完全係合した場合に、前記第2クラッチによる前記フリクションスタートを実行する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
