本開示の他の一態様に係るサーマルプリンタは、基板と、前記基板上に位置する発熱部と、前記基板上に位置し、前記発熱部に繋がっている電極と、前記発熱部および前記電極の一部を被覆する保護層と、を備え、前記保護層のスキューネスRskが、0より小さい、サーマルヘッドと、前記発熱部上に記録媒体を搬送する搬送機構と、前記記録媒体を押圧するプラテンローラと、前記プラテンローラに対して、前記サーマルヘッドを押し当てる押圧部材と、を備え、前記押圧部材に対応する位置に配置された前記保護層のクルトシスRkuが、他の部分の前記保護層のクルトシスRkuよりも小さい。
本開示の更に他の一態様に係るサーマルプリンタは、基板と、前記基板上に位置する発熱部と、前記基板上に位置し、前記発熱部に繋がっている電極と、前記発熱部および前記電極の一部を被覆する保護層と、を備え、前記保護層のクルトシスRkuが、3より小さい、サーマルヘッドと、前記発熱部上に記録媒体を搬送する搬送機構と、前記記録媒体を押圧するプラテンローラと、前記プラテンローラに対して、前記サーマルヘッドを押し当てる押圧部材と、を備え、前記押圧部材に対応する位置に配置された前記保護層のスキューネスRskが、他の部分の前記保護層のスキューネスRskよりも小さい。
本開示の更に他の一態様に係るサーマルプリンタは、基板と、前記基板上に位置する発熱部と、前記基板上に位置し、前記発熱部に繋がっている電極と、前記発熱部および前記電極の一部を被覆する保護層と、を備え、前記保護層のスキューネスRskが、0より小さい、サーマルヘッドと、前記発熱部上に記録媒体を搬送する搬送機構と、前記記録媒体を押圧するプラテンローラと、前記プラテンローラに対して、前記サーマルヘッドを押し当てる押圧部材と、を備え、前記押圧部材に対応する位置に配置された前記保護層のスキューネスRskが、他の部分の前記保護層のスキューネスRskよりも小さい。
以下、サーマルヘッドX1について図1~4を参照して説明する。図1は、サーマルヘッドX1の構成を概略的に示している。図2は、保護層25、被覆層27、および封止部材12を一点鎖線にて示しており、被覆部材29を破線にて示している。図3は、図2のIII-III線断面図である。図4は、サーマルヘッドX1の保護層25の近傍を拡大して示している。

前記発熱部上に記録媒体を搬送する搬送機構と、
前記記録媒体を押圧するプラテンローラと、
前記プラテンローラに対して、前記サーマルヘッドを押し当てる押圧部材と、を備え、
前記押圧部材に対応する位置に配置された前記保護層のクルトシスRkuが、他の部分の前記保護層のクルトシスRkuよりも小さい、サーマルプリンタ。 - 基板と、前記基板上に位置する発熱部と、前記基板上に位置し、前記発熱部に繋がっている電極と、前記発熱部および前記電極の一部を被覆する保護層と、を備え、前記保護層のスキューネスRskが、0より小さい、サーマルヘッドと、
