Claims (4)
- 筐体と、
前記筐体の内部に収容され、防振部材を介して前記筐体に固定されており、光ディスクを回転させ、光ピックアップを前記光ディスクの半径方向に移動させ、前記光ピックアップから前記光ディスクにレーザ光を照射するトラバースメカと、
前記トラバースメカの外部であって、前記筐体に固定されている光センサと、
を備え、
前記光ディスクには、前記半径方向に幅が異なる形状を有する回転基準マークが形成され、
前記光センサは、前記光ディスクの前記回転基準マークが形成されている領域にセンサ光を照射して、前記光ディスクからの前記センサ光の戻り光を検出して出力信号を生成し、
前記出力信号に基づいて、前記回転基準マークの検出信号を、前記光センサの前記半径方向の位置に応じたパルス幅を有するパルス波形として抽出し、前記パルス幅に基づいて、前記光センサの前記半径方向の位置が基準となる第1の検出位置から前記半径方向の前記光ディスクの中心側の第2の検出位置または外側の第3の検出位置にずれていると判定されるとき、前記第1の検出位置から前記第2の検出位置または前記第3の検出位置へのずれに応じたシフト量を算出し、算出したシフト量と前記パルス波形の立ち上がり時点または立ち下がり時点とに基づいて、前記光ディスクの回転方向の基準位置を特定する制御回路をさらに備える
光ディスク装置。 - 前記回転基準マークは前記光ディスクの第1の面に形成され、
前記光センサは前記第1の面に前記センサ光を照射し、
前記光ピックアップは、前記光ディスクの前記第1の面とは反対側の面である第2の面にレーザ光を照射する
請求項1に記載の光ディスク装置。 - 筐体の内部に収容され、防振部材を介して前記筐体に固定されているトラバースメカによって、半径方向に幅が異なる形状を有する回転基準マークが形成されている光ディスクを回転させ、
前記トラバースメカ内の光ピックアップを前記光ディスクの半径方向に移動させ、前記光ピックアップから前記光ディスクにレーザ光を照射し、
前記トラバースメカの外部であって、前記筐体に固定されている光センサが、前記光ディスクの前記回転基準マークが形成されている領域にセンサ光を照射して、前記光ディスクからの前記センサ光の戻り光を検出して出力信号を生成し、
前記出力信号に基づいて、前記回転基準マークの検出信号を、前記光センサの前記半径方向の位置に応じたパルス幅を有するパルス波形として抽出し、
前記パルス幅に基づいて、前記光センサの前記半径方向の位置が基準となる第1の検出位置から前記半径方向の前記光ディスクの中心側の第2の検出位置または外側の第3の検出位置にずれているか否かを判定し、
前記光センサの前記半径方向の位置が前記第1の検出位置から前記第2の検出位置または前記第3の検出位置にずれていると判定されるとき、前記第1の検出位置から前記第2の検出位置または前記第3の検出位置へのずれに応じたシフト量を算出し、
算出したシフト量と前記パルス波形の立ち上がり時点または立ち下がり時点とに基づいて、前記光ディスクの回転方向の基準位置を特定する
光ディスク回転位置検出方法。 - 前記回転基準マークは前記光ディスクの第1の面に形成され、
前記光センサは前記第1の面に前記センサ光を照射し、
前記光ピックアップは、前記光ディスクの前記第1の面とは反対側の面である第2の面にレーザ光を照射する
