Claims (2)
- 情報またはサービス要求者が音声およびテキストのうちの少なくとも一つを選択的に用いて情報またはサービスの提供を要求し、要求した情報またはサービスの提供を受ける要求者端末と、
情報またはサービス提供者を代行して識別済みの前記情報またはサービス要求者に情報またはサービスを提供する提供代行サーバと、
前記情報またはサービスの提供を要求する前記情報またはサービス要求者を識別して、前記提供代行サーバに前記情報またはサービスの提供を代行要求する提供者業務処理サーバと、を含んでなり、
前記提供代行サーバは、前記情報またはサービス提供者が運営する前記提供者業務処理サーバから前記要求者端末に対する認証および識別完了メッセージの伝送を受けると、前記識別済みの要求者端末とのネットワーク接続を行い、音声通信チャネルとテキスト通信チャネルを活性化させて接続されるようにし、活性化されて接続された前記音声通信チャネルおよびテキスト通信チャネルのうちの少なくとも一つを介して業務処理のためのデータ通信を行うようにし、
前記提供者業務処理サーバは、識別および情況情報提供部を含んで構成され、
前記識別および情況情報提供部は、前記情報またはサービス要求者に関する識別情報を抽出して前記提供代行サーバに伝送するとき、前記識別済みの情報またはサービス要求者に関する必要な情況情報が存在すれば、前記情報またはサービス要求者に関する情況情報も前記提供代行サーバに伝送し、
前記情況情報は、前記識別済みの前記情報またはサービス要求者が優先的に処理すべき業務、または前記識別済みの前記情報またはサービス要求者に優先的に告知すべき業務が存在するという情報であり、
前記提供代行サーバは、機関サーバ通信部と、サーバ分析制御部と、動的ページ生成部と、前記情報またはサービス提供者が処理する業務処理内容を保存管理する保存管理部とを含んで構成され、
前記サーバ分析制御部は、前記機関サーバ通信部を介して前記提供者業務処理サーバの識別および情況情報提供部から、前記情報またはサービス要求者に関する識別情報の伝送だけでなく、前記情報またはサービス要求者に関する情況情報の伝送も受けることができ、
前記サーバ分析制御部は、前記情報またはサービス要求者に関する情況情報を前記動的ページ生成部に伝送し、
前記動的ページ生成部は、前記情報またはサービス要求者に関する情況情報を反映することができる業務処理内容のみを前記保存管理部から抽出して構成される動的ページを生成し、
前記サーバ分析制御部は、前記情況情報を反映して生成された動的ページを、前記要求者端末に接続されたネットワークを介して前記要求者端末に伝送することを特徴とする、双方向の音声およびテキスト通信に基づく業務処理支援システム。 - 前記提供代行サーバは、前記情報またはサービス要求者が前記音声またはテキストを介して要求した情報またはサービスに関連する業務処理内容のみが抽出されて構成される動的ページを生成し、前記要求者端末に伝送することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の双方向の音声およびテキスト通信に基づく業務処理支援システム。
