A成分:0.5~30質量%
好ましくは1~20質量%
より好ましくは3~10質量%
B成分:70~99.5質量%
好ましくは80~99質量%
より好ましくは90~97質量%
(1-1)結合剤準備
結合剤であるポリビニルブチラールを溶剤N-メチルピロリドンに溶解してポリビニルブチラール18質量%溶液を調製する。
クエン酸三カリウム(C成分:エアロゾル発生剤としての含カリウム化合物)187.5g、塩素酸カリウム(B成分:酸化剤)112.5g、N-メチルピロリドン(A成分:結合剤)200g、および分散メディアとして粒径5mmのアルミナボール2kgを2リットル容器に入れ、60rpmに設定されたボールミルで、24時間程度撹拌粉砕して消火薬剤スラリーを得る。
上記(1-2)の消火薬剤スラリー総量に上記(1-1)のポリビニルブチラール18質量%溶液111gを添加し、60rpmに設定されたボールミルによりさらに24時間程度混合することでチクソ性を有するペースト状(マヨネーズ性状)の塗料を得る。生成される塗料の粘度は、B型粘度計において負荷(トルク)を50%と設定し2000-3000mPa・Sの範囲におさまれば次の分離工程に進める。
適当なステンレス製金ザルを用いて、上記(1-3)で得られた塗料と分散メディアを分離する。50-60%の範囲で収率であれば次のろ過工程に進める。
上記(1-4)の分離工程で得られた塗料をステンレス製100メッシュ(目開き約200μm)の篩いで濾し、粗大粒子やごみを取り除く。
株式会社康井精機製塗工機「βコータ」のテーブル上にSiやFなどの被膜を有した離形処理済み100μm厚みのPETフィルムを敷き、消火薬剤スラリーを塗布する。塗工治具(アプリケータ)として400μmのギャップを有する丸型アプリケータを設置した。0.5mm/min程度の塗工速度にてPETシート(樹脂基材)へ塗布する。
一般的な循環恒温槽を使用して溶媒を除去する。薬剤がPETフィルム上に塗布された状態で100℃の設定温度にて乾燥工程を行い平均厚みが220μmのシートを得た。
PETフィルムに塗布された状態の薬剤を冷却後A4サイズ(横210mm×縦297mm)に裁断機にて切り出し、評価試験に供する。
上記(1)の手順で作成した消火薬剤を次のように試験した。
横300mm×縦300mm×高さ100mmで板厚1.2mmのSUS304から成る箱型容器の中央に横100mm×縦100mm×高さ5mmの3Ahのリチウムイオン電池セルを置く。
横350mm×縦350mm×10mmで板厚5mmで中心にΦ10の穴が開いたアクリル板を、上記(2-1)の箱型容器の天板とした。このアクリル板の片面中央に、上記(1)で作成したA4サイズの消火シートをスプレー糊で貼り付けた。
消火シートの貼り付け面を下にしてアクリル板を箱型容器に載せて固定した。
アクリル製天板の開口部にΦ5の鉄製の釘を一定速度にて挿入し、内部セルを貫通させた。短絡した一瞬は閃光を放ったが、すぐに消火シート由来の白煙を発生し、火災は拡大せずに消火された。
Claims (2)
- 所定温度に到達すると熱分解して消火成分を発生させる消火薬剤を含み、
前記消火成分がエアロゾルであり、
前記消火薬剤が、クエン酸三カリウムと、塩素酸カリウムと、ポリアセタール樹脂又はセルロース系化合物と、を含む消火シートからなる消火剤層と;
前記消火剤層に積層された基材と;
を具備し、
前記基材が、ポリエステル、ポリオレフィン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリカーボネート又はフッ素樹脂で構成されており、
前記基材が、0.01g/m 2 /day~150g/m 2 /dayの水蒸気透過度を有すること、
を特徴とする消火用積層体。 - 所定温度に到達すると熱分解して消火成分を発生させる消火薬剤を含み、
前記消火成分がエアロゾルであり、
前記消火薬剤が、クエン酸三カリウムと、塩素酸カリウムと、ポリアセタール樹脂又はセルロース系化合物と、を含む消火シートからなる消火剤層と;
前記消火剤層に積層された基材と;
を具備し、
前記消火剤層と前記基材との間に設けられた接着層を具備すること、
を特徴とする消火用積層体。
