前記結合アセンブリが、用量送達中に前記用量ノブ(31)における複数のノブ結合要素と係合するが、用量設定中には係合せず、
前記スナップ要素(33)が、前記用量セレクタ(35)の内面(35b)に位置する多数の停止部(55,55a,55c,55d)と係合する突起部(45)を有し、

- 前記用量セレクタ(35)を、用量停止部(55)の異なる配置を有する第2用量セレクタと交換することで、有限の所定の固定用量の異なるセットを有する用量設定機構がもたらされるように、前記有限の所定の固定用量が複数の用量停止部(55)の数及びこれらの間の相対的間隔のみによって定められる、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の用量設定機構。
- 前記スナップ要素(33)と前記用量セレクタ(35)の第1固定相対位置があり、また前記スナップ要素(33)と前記用量セレクタ(35)の第2固定相対位置があり、前記突起部(45)は前記第1固定相対位置において前記用量停止部(55)と係合できるが、前記第2固定相対位置において前記用量停止部(55)と係合できず、前記第1固定相対位置は用量設定中に実現され、前記第2固定相対位置は用量送達中に実現される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の用量設定機構。
- 前記結合アセンブリは、前記スナップ要素(33)に対して軸方向に固定されている、請求項1に記載の用量設定機構。
- 前記スナップ要素(33)は、用量設定中及び用量送達中に前記結合アセンブリと前記用量セレクタ(35)の両方に対して回転する、請求項1又は6に記載の用量設定機構。
- 前記結合アセンブリが、互いから等しく離れた、多数の半径方向に突出する長手方向スプライン(52)を有し、前記用量停止部(55)のそれぞれの間の空間は、前記半径方向に突出する長手方向スプライン(52)のそれぞれの間の空間の倍数である、請求項1,6,7のいずれか一項に記載の用量設定機構。
- 前記用量ノブ(31)におけるノブ結合要素は、用量設定中に前記スナップ要素(33)の複数のスナップ結合要素の固定セットと係合し、噛み合う、請求項1,4~8のいずれか一項に記載の用量設定機構。
- 用量設定中の前記用量ノブ(31)の回転が、前記スナップ要素(33)の回転及び軸方向移動を生じさせ、また前記用量セレクタ(35)の軸方向移動のみを生じさせる、請求項1,4~9のいずれか一項に記載の用量設定機構。
- 前記結合アセンブリが、前記スナップ要素(33)の外面の周りに周方向に位置している、請求項1,4~10のいずれか一項に記載の用量設定機構。
- 所定の固定用量設定の前記有限のセットの1つとは異なる用量の設定を防止する安全装置構成部品を有する、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の用量設定機構。
- 前記安全装置構成部品は付勢部材を有する、請求項12に記載の用量設定機構。
- 前記付勢部材は、前記スナップ要素(33)に作動式に接続した第1端部とハウジング(3)に対して回転可能に固定された第2端部とを有するねじりばね(90)であり、用量設定中の前記スナップ要素(33)の回転は、前記第1端部を前記第2端部に対して回転させる、請求項13に記載の用量設定機構。
- 前記ねじりばね(90)は用量設定機構(30)の組み立て中に所定のトルクに付勢される、請求項14に記載の用量設定機構。
- 前記ねじりばね(90)のトルクは用量設定中に増加する、請求項15に記載の用量設定機構。
- 前記ねじりばね(90)のトルクは前記スナップ要素(33)を逆回転させるのに十分であり、それで前記突起部(45)が先の用量停止部より高い固定用量に対応する次の用量停止部(55)に係合するほど十分には前記スナップ要素(33)が回転されない場合に、前記スナップ要素(33)の外側にある前記突起部(45)が先の用量停止部(55)に係合するように戻る、請求項15又は16に記載の用量設定機構。
- 設定用量の送達が、前記用量ノブ(31)に近位方向に適用される軸方向駆動力を必要とする、請求項1,6~17のいずれか一項に記載の用量設定機構。

前記ハウジング(3)に作動式に接続したカートリッジホルダ(2)、及び
ハウジング(3)内に位置した用量設定機構(30)を有する、注射装置であって、
前記用量設定機構は、結合アセンブリ、用量ノブ(31)、用量セレクタ(35)及びスナップ要素(33)を有し、
前記結合アセンブリは、複数のスナップ結合要素(44)の固定セットを有する前記スナップ要素(33)と回転可能に係合しており、
前記結合アセンブリが、用量設定中及び用量送達中に前記用量セレクタ(35)における複数の用量セレクタ結合要素の対応するセットと係合し、
前記結合アセンブリが、用量送達中に前記用量ノブ(31)における複数のノブ結合要素と係合するが、用量設定中には係合せず、
前記スナップ要素(33)が、前記用量セレクタ(35)の内面(35b)に位置する多数の停止部(55,55a,55c,55d)と係合する突起部(45)を有し、
前記多数の停止部(55,55a,55c,55d)は、有限の所定の固定用量のセットを定めるために互いから離れた複数の用量停止部(55)を有し、それにより前記突起部(45)の用量停止部(55)との係合が送達用の薬剤の単一の固定用量を設定し、有限の所定の固定用量のセットは最低固定用量と1又は複数の高めの固定用量を含み、
前記1又は複数の高めの固定用量の少なくとも1つは、前記最低固定用量の倍数ではない端数の所定の固定用量である、注射装置。
