ここで、さらなる実施形態において、薬学的に活性な化合物は、糖尿病または糖尿病性網膜症などの糖尿病に関連する合併症の処置および/または予防のための少なくとも1つのペプチドを含み、
ここで、さらなる実施形態において、薬学的に活性な化合物は、少なくとも1つのヒトインスリンもしくはヒトインスリン類似体もしくは誘導体、グルカゴン様ペプチド(GLP−1)もしくはその類似体もしくは誘導体、またはエキセンジン−3もしくはエキセンジン−4もしくはエキセンジン−3もしくはエキセンジン−4の類似体もしくは誘導体を含む。

Claims (13)
- 薬剤の複数のユーザ可変用量を選択し、投薬するための薬物送達デバイスであって、
遠位端と近位端とを有するハウジング(10)と、
該ハウジング(10)の遠位端に解放可能に取り付けられたカートリッジホルダ(20)と、
ハウジングインサート(180)および駆動スリーブ(40)と係合するピストンロッド(30)と、
用量設定および用量投薬中、用量設定部材(60)が回転することが可能であるようにハウジング(10)内で案内される用量設定部材(60)と、
駆動スリーブ(40)および用量設定部材(60)を回転方向に連結するためのクラッチ(120)と、
ハウジング(10)に回転方向に拘束され、好ましくは近位の用量設定位置と、好ましくは遠位のリセット位置との間で、ハウジング(10)に対して軸方向に可動であるロッキング要素(150)、
そして、ナット(50)を備えた最終用量機構を含み、ナットは、駆動スリーブ(40)およびクラッチ(120)の一方とねじ係合し、駆動スリーブ(40)およびクラッチ(120)の他方に回転方向に拘束されるが、これに対して軸方向に可動であり、
ここで、ロッキング要素(150)は、クラッチ(120)に連結され、その結果、ロッキング要素(150)がその近位の用量設定位置からその遠位のリセット位置に動かされるとき、クラッチ(120)がハウジング(10)に対して軸方向に動かされ、それにより用量設定部材(60)および駆動スリーブ(40)が回転方向にデカップリングされ、そして、
ここで、駆動スリーブ(40)は、ピストンロッド(30)を取り囲み、少なくとも部分的に用量設定部材(60)内に収容されている管状部材であり、
該ロッキング要素(150)は、該ロッキング要素(150)が駆動スリーブ(40)に回転方向に拘束されるその用量設定位置から、好ましくは遠位の用量投薬位置へ、ハウジング(10)に対して軸方向に可動であり、ロッキング要素(150)がその用量投薬位置またはその遠位リセット位置にあるとき、ロッキング要素(150)が駆動スリーブ(40)から回転方向にデカップリングされることを特徴とする、前記薬物送達デバイス。 - 用量設定部材(60)および駆動スリーブ(40)は、ハウジング(10)に軸方向に拘束される、請求項1に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- ハウジングインサート(180)は、ハウジング(10)に回転方向に拘束され、近位用量設定位置と遠位リセット位置との間でハウジング(10)に対して軸方向に可動である、請求項1または2に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- ロッキング要素(150)とハウジングインサート(180)との間に間置された少なくとも1つのトリガばね(170)をさらに含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- ハウジング(10)とハウジングインサート(180)との間に間置され、デバイスをリセットすることを可能にする少なくとも1つのリセットばね(160)をさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- ハウジングインサート(180)は、ロッキング要素(150)に連結され、その結果、ハウジングインサート(180)の遠位運動は、ロッキング要素(150)の遠位運動を引き起こす、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- ハウジング(10)の近位端に設けられたボタン(70)をさらに含み、ここで、ロッキング要素(150)は、ボタン(70)に軸方向に拘束され、ここで、ボタン(70)は、ダイヤル設定状態にあるときに用量設定部材(60)にスプライン連結され、そして、ボタン(70)が投薬をトリガするために押されたとき、当該スプライン連結が解除される、請求項6に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- ハウジングインサート(180)は、ピストンロッド(30)の外側ねじ山(31)と係合する内側ねじ山(181)を含み、駆動スリーブ(40)は、ピストンロッド(30)に回転方向に拘束される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 用量設定部材(60)とクラッチ(120)との間に間置された少なくとも1つのクラッチばね(130)をさらに含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- ハウジング(10)と用量設定部材(60)との間に間置された、駆動ばね(90)、好ましくはねじりばね(90)をさらに含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- ハウジング(10)と用量設定部材(60)との間に径方向に間置されたゲージ要素(110)をさらに含み、ここで、該ゲージ要素(110)は、ハウジング(10)に対して軸方向に可動であり、用量設定部材(60)とねじ係合する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- ゲージ要素(110)は、最小用量回転止め具と、最大用量回転止め具とを含み、用量設定部材(60)は、最小用量回転の対向止め具と、最大用量回転の対向止め具とを含む、請求項11に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 薬剤を含むカートリッジ(100)を含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
