前記離型剤の噴射塗布工程は、チューブの圧出速度を勘案して一定チューブの長さごとに噴射塗布したり、一定時間間隔で噴射塗布したりする方式で繰り返し行う。

Claims (6)
- a)空気注入管(16)が外周縁に長さ方向に形成された1次チューブ(14)を圧出して連続して生産する過程と;
b)非接触方式で離型剤を噴射して1次チューブ(14)の外周縁所定部一定区間に離型剤を交互に塗布し、離型剤噴射時噴射制限膜(26)を介して噴射領域と、非噴射領域を区分する過程と;
c)加熱器を介して樹脂の熱硬化及び離型剤を乾燥させる過程と;
d)風船材料を前記1次チューブ(14)の外部に被覆することによって繰り返しバルーンが形成された長さ方向のバルーンカテーテルチューブ(50)を製造することを特徴とする、熱硬化性樹脂を利用したバルーンカテーテル製造方法。 - 前記噴射制限膜(26)に形成された吸入孔(34)を介して前記噴射制限膜(26)の内壁に流れる離型剤の残量を周期的に吸入する過程がさらに含まれたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱硬化性樹脂を利用したバルーンカテーテル製造方法。
- 前記噴射制限膜(26)に熱線を設置し、前記噴射制限膜(26)の内部所定部に累積して残存した離型剤を蒸発させる過程がさらに含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱硬化性樹脂を利用したバルーンカテーテル製造方法。
- 1次チューブ(14)を連続して製造するために熱硬化性樹脂をチューブ製造金型(8)に対して圧出する1次圧出器(20)と;
前記チューブ製造金型(8)の後端に備えられて、前記1次チューブ(14)の外周縁所定部に交互に離型剤を噴射して塗布する離型剤噴射装置(22)と;
前記離型剤噴射装置(22)を通過した1次チューブ(14)及び塗布された離型剤を硬化及び乾燥させる1次加熱器(38)と;
前記1次加熱器(38)を通過したチューブの外周縁に被覆金型(41)を介して被覆層(46)を圧出してかぶせる2次圧出器(40)と;
被覆層が形成されたチューブを硬化させる2次加熱器(42)を含んでなり、
前記離型剤噴射装置(22)は、離型剤を噴射するノズル(24)と;そのノズル(24)によって噴射される離型剤の噴射範囲を制限するために折り曲げられた噴射制限膜(26)で構成されたことを特徴とする、熱硬化性樹脂を利用したバルーンカテーテル製造装置。 - 前記噴射制限膜(26)には内部に管路形状で形成された吸入管路(32)と;
その吸入管路(32)の内側面に多数個形成されて前記噴射制限膜(26)の内壁に流れる離型剤の残量を吸入する吸入孔(34)と;
その吸入管路(32)は、負圧を前記吸入管路(32)に加えるために真空ポンプと連結されたホース(36)からなる離型剤残量回収装置(30)がさらに付加されて構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の熱硬化性樹脂を利用したバルーンカテーテル製造装置。 - 前記噴射制限膜(26)は、その内部所定部に累積して残存した離型剤を蒸発させる加熱手段がさらに含まれることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の熱硬化性樹脂を利用したバルーンカテーテル製造装置。
