電気絶縁性の第1層(5)が、前記電子構成要素(2)と前記充填材(4)とに被覆されていて、
前記電子構成要素(2)が、導電路(6)に電気接触されていて、この導電路(6)は、第1部分(6.1)内で前記第1層(5)を貫通して敷設されていて、且つ前記第1層(5)に被覆された第2部分(6.2)内に延在していて、
前記電子構成要素(2)が、前記導電路(6)の前記第1部分(6.1)と直接に電気接続されていることによって解決される。
Claims (15)
- センサユニットに対して相対移動可能な部品(7)の位置を測定するためのセンサユニットにおいて、
前記センサユニットが、金属体(1)を有し、この金属体(1)は、第1凹部(1.1)を有し、
スリット(S)が、電子構成要素(2)と前記金属体(1)との間に存在するように、前記電子構成要素(2)が、前記第1凹部(1.1)内に配置されていて、前記スリット(S)が、電気絶縁性の充填材(4)で充填されていて、
電気絶縁性の第1層(5)が、前記電子構成要素(2)と前記充填材(4)とに被覆されていて、
前記電子構成要素(2)が、導電路(6)に電気接触されていて、この導電路(6)は、第1部分(6.1)内で前記第1層(5)のビアホールを貫通して敷設されていて、且つ前記第1層(5)に被覆された第2部分(6.2)内に延在していて、
前記電子構成要素(2)が、ワイヤを使用することなしに電気接続されるように、この電子構成要素(2)は、前記ビアホールによって前記導電路(6)の前記第1部分(6.1)と直接に電気接続されている当該センサユニット。 - 前記電気絶縁性の第1層(5)は、前記金属体(1)にも被覆されていて、前記導電路(6)の前記第2部分(6.2)が、前記金属体(1)の第1表面(O1)に対して平行に延在している請求項1に記載のセンサユニット。
- 前記電子構成要素(2)は、少なくとも1つの光学センサ(2.1、2.2)を有する請求項1又は請求項2に記載のセンサユニット。
- 前記電子構成要素(2)は、少なくとも1つの光源(2.3)を有する請求項1又は2に記載のセンサユニット。
- 前記電子構成要素(2)は、少なくとも1つの磁気センサを有する請求項1又は2に記載のセンサユニット。
- 前記金属体(1)は、第1表面(O1)を有し、前記電子構成要素(2)が、前記第1表面(O1)と同一平面を成して前記第1凹部(1.1)内に配置されている請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のセンサユニット。
- 前記電子構成要素(2)は、少なくとも1つの光学センサ(2.1、2.2)を有し、前記金属体(1)が、第1表面(O1)を有し、前記少なくとも1つの光学センサ(2.1、2.2)が、前記第1表面(O1)と同一平面を成して配置されている請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のセンサユニット。
- 前記金属体(1)は、第1表面(O1)と前記第1表面(O1)対向する第2表面(O2)とを有し、前記センサユニットが、少なくとも1つの電子部品(3.2)を有し、当該電子部品(3.2)が、前記第2表面(O2)から突出しているように、この電子部品(3.2)は配置されている請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のセンサユニット。
- 前記金属体(1)は、プリント基板(3)が配置されている第2凹部(1.2)を有し、このプリント基板(3)は、第1平面とこの第1平面に対向する第2平面とを有し、前記導電路(6)が、前記プリント基板(3)の前記第1平面で前記プリント基板(3)に電気接触していて、電子部品(3.2)が、前記プリント基板(3)の前記第2平面(3)上に取り付けられていて、前記導電路(6)が、ビアホールによって前記電子部品(3.2)に電気接続されている請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のセンサユニット。
- 前記センサユニットは、シールドを有するケーブル(10)を有し、前記シールドは、前記金属体(1)に導電接続されている請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載のセンサユニット
- 前記金属体(1)は、第1表面(O1)とこの第1表面(O1)に対向する第2表面(O2)とを有し、少なくとも1つのケーブル端子(3.1)が、前記第2表面(O2)から突出しているように、前記センサユニットが、当該ケーブル端子(3.1)を有する請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載のセンサユニット。
- 前記金属体(1)は、0.5mmよりも大きい厚さを有する請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載のセンサユニット。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載のセンサユニットとセンサユニットに対して相対移動可動な部品(7)とを有するエンコーダにおいて、
前記移動可動な部品(7)が、スケール(7.1)を有し、導電路(6)が、金属体(1)と前記スケール(7.1)との間に存在するように、前記センサユニットが、前記スケール(7.1)に対向して配置されていることを特徴とするエンコーダ。 - 前記部品(7)は、前記センサユニットに対して相対回動可能であり、前記スケール(7.1)が、角度スケールとして形成されている請求項13に記載のエンコーダ。
- 前記部品(7)は、前記センサユニットに対して直線状に摺動可能であり、前記スケール(7.1)が、長さスケールとして形成されている請求項13に記載のエンコーダ。
