Description

Claims (21)
- 電池上の少なくとも1つの溶接点を決定するために、視覚システムを使用して前記電池を位置決めするためのフレームであって、
前記フレームが、前記視覚システムによって検出可能な少なくとも1つの視覚的基準特徴部を備え、前記基準特徴部が、前記少なくとも1つの溶接点を決定するために前記視覚システムによって使用される、フレーム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの視覚的基準特徴部は、線を画定する一対の突出部を含み、前記少なくとも1つの溶接点は、前記線に基づいて決定される、請求項1に記載のフレーム。
- 前記一対の突出部が、それぞれの電池に対応し、前記それぞれの電池は、前記フレーム内で互いに隣接して配置される、請求項2に記載のフレーム。
- 前記突出部のそれぞれの中心は、前記それぞれの電池のそれぞれの端面のそれぞれの中心から延在する中心線に沿って並んでいる、請求項3に記載のフレーム。
- 前記電池を所定の位置に位置決めするために前記電池をそれぞれ係合する少なくとも1つの位置基準特徴部を更に備える、請求項1に記載のフレーム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの位置基準特徴部は、少なくとも1つの押付け特徴部を含む、請求項5に記載のフレーム。
- 前記電池が前記位置基準特徴部から反発する表面を更に備える、請求項5に記載のフレーム。
- 前記フレームが少なくとも射出成形部分を更に備え、前記少なくとも1つの位置基準特徴部及び前記少なくとも1つの視覚的基準特徴部は両方とも、前記射出成形部分のコア又は前記射出成形部分のキャビティのいずれかのみに位置している、請求項5に記載のフレーム。
- 前記電池及び電極は、前記少なくとも1つの溶接点のうちの溶接点で一緒に溶接される、請求項1に記載のフレーム。
- 前記電池は円筒形電池を含む、請求項1に記載のフレーム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの視覚的基準特徴部は一対の弧部を含み、各弧部の中心点が電池の基準中心点と整列される、請求項1に記載のフレーム。
- 視覚システムであって、
フレーム内の少なくとも1つの基準特徴部の場所を示すデータを含む視覚信号を生成するための視覚回路であって、前記フレームが電池を位置決めするように構成されている、視覚回路と、
前記視覚回路に連結された処理回路であって、前記処理回路は、前記視覚信号を分析して、前記少なくとも1つの基準特徴部に基づいて、前記電池上の少なくとも1つの溶接点を決定するように構成され、前記溶接点が前記視覚回路に対し覆い隠されており、前記少なくとも1つの溶接点に基づいて溶接制御信号を生成するように構成されている、処理回路と、
前記処理回路に連結された溶接装置とを備え、前記処理回路は、前記溶接制御信号を前記溶接装置に伝達して、前記少なくとも1つの溶接点で溶接を実行させる、視覚システム。 - 前記処理回路が、
前記視覚信号内の前記フレームの一対の突出部の場所を判定することと、
前記一対の突出部を接続する線を付け加えることと、
前記線に基づいて前記溶接点を決定することと、を行うように構成されている、請求項12に記載の視覚システム。 - 前記処理回路が、前記線に沿って前記溶接点を決定するように更に構成されている、請求項13に記載の溶接システム。
- 前記処理回路が、
前記視覚信号内で、前記フレームの壁との前記電池の外側表面の接触点の位置を特定することと、
前記線に基づいて、かつ前記接触点からの距離に基づいて、前記電池の中心点を決定することと、
前記中心点に基づいて同心円の弧部を形成することであって、前記弧部は、前記電池の寸法に基づいて所定の半径を有し、前記弧部が前記線と交差する、ことと、
前記溶接点を前記弧部に沿っているものとして決定することと、を行うように更に構成されている、請求項13に記載の視覚システム。 - 前記距離は、前記電池の基準半径に基づく、請求項15に記載の視覚システム。
- 前記フレームは、第2の電池を位置決めするように構成されており、前記第2の電池に溶接点が存在していない、請求項12に記載の視覚システム。
- 前記処理回路が、
弧部の場所を決定することと、
前記弧部の中心点を決定することと、
前記弧部の前記中心点に基づいて前記溶接点を決定することと、を行うように更に構成されている、請求項12に記載の視覚システム。 - 電池の1つ以上の溶接点を溶接するための方法であって、
処理回路を使用して、フレーム内の少なくとも1つの基準特徴部の場所を示すデータを含む視覚信号を生成することであって、前記フレームが電池を位置決めするように構成されている、ことと、
前記処理回路を使用して、前記視覚信号を分析して、前記少なくとも1つの基準特徴部に基づいて、前記電池上の少なくとも1つの溶接点を決定することであって、前記溶接点が前記視覚回路に対し覆い隠されている、ことと、
前記処理回路を使用して、前記少なくとも1つの溶接点に基づいて溶接制御信号を生成することと、
前記溶接制御信号を溶接装置に伝達して、前記溶接装置に、前記少なくとも1つの溶接点で溶接を実行させることと、を含む、方法。 - 前記視覚信号を分析することが、
前記視覚信号における前記フレームの一対の突出部の場所を判定することと、
前記一対の突出部を接続する線を付け加えることと、
前記線に基づいて前記溶接点を決定することと、を含む、請求項19に記載の方法。 - 前記視覚信号を分析することが、
