Claims (2)
- スイッチング素子を収容しているとともに前記スイッチング素子と接続されている板状の端子を備えている複数の半導体モジュールと、
前記半導体モジュールと交互に積層されている複数の冷却器と、
複数の前記半導体モジュールのそれぞれの前記端子と接続されているバスバと、
を備えており、
前記端子は、前記スイッチング素子を収容している樹脂製のパッケージの表面に沿っており、前記端子の一方の面が前記パッケージに接しているとともに他方の面に前記バスバが接続されており、
前記パッケージの前記端子が接している第1面に対して交差する第2面に、窪みが設けられている、半導体装置。 - 前記第2面の法線方向からみたときに、前記端子は、前記パッケージの内部にて前記第1面に向かって延びているとともに、前記第1面の表面にてL字に屈曲している、請求項1に記載の半導体装置。
