Description
該各短尺縁部を、該屋根材本体の水下側、水上側にそれぞれ隣接配置する他の屋根材の短尺縁部に重ね合わせて屋根材同士を梁間方向へ接続する一方、該上ハゼ、下ハゼを、桁方向に隣接配置する別の屋根材の下ハゼ、上ハゼにそれぞれ嵌合させて屋根材同士を桁方向へ接続することにより建築構造物の屋根を葺きあげる嵌合式の屋根材であって、
該屋根材本体は、一方の短尺縁部に設けられ、水上側に隣接配置される他の屋根材の短尺縁部の下側において重ね合わさる下継手と、もう一方の短尺縁部に設けられ、水下側に隣接配置される他の屋根材の短尺縁部の上側において重ね合わさる上継手と、その背面に設けられ、内皮材との間にて挟持された芯材とを備え、
前記芯材は、該下継手の縁部においてはみ出した水上側はみ出し部と、該下ハゼの縁部においてはみ出した下ハゼ側はみ出し部を有し、
該水上側はみ出し部に、前記短尺端縁に沿って伸延する横溝を設け、該下ハゼ側はみ出し部に、該横溝につながり該下ハゼに沿って伸延する縦溝を設けたことを特徴とする嵌合式屋根材である。
1)前記水上側はみ出し部は、前記短尺端縁に沿う端縁を有し、前記上ハゼ側はみ出し部は、該上ハゼに沿う端縁を有すること、
2)芯材は、発泡プラスチック系または鉱物繊維系の断熱材からなること、
3)前記下継手は、該屋根材本体の短尺縁部の全域にわたってつながる板状体と、該板状体の幅方向の端縁および該上ハゼの端部につながるとともに水上側に隣接配置する他の屋根材の上ハゼに嵌合可能な第一のハゼと、該板状体のもう一方の幅方向の縁部および該下ハゼの端部につながるとともに水上側に隣接配置する他の屋根材の下ハゼに嵌合可能な第二のハゼとを有し、該上継手は、該屋根材本体に面一状態で一体連結する第一の板状体と、該第一の板状体の幅方向の各端部および該上ハゼ、下ハゼにそれぞれ面一状態で一体連結する第三のハゼ、第四のハゼとを有すること、
4)前記下継手は、前記板状体の先端縁にて立ち上がり水上側に隣接配置する他の屋根材との重ね合わせの際に折り返されて水上側に隣接配置する他の屋根材に連係可能な起立係止片を有し、前記上継手は、前記第一の板状体の先端縁において垂れ下がり水下側に隣接配置する他の屋根材との重ね合わせの際に折り返されて水下側に隣接配置する他の屋根材に連係可能な垂下係止片を有すること、
5)前記起立係止片は、前記板状体の外表面とのなす角度が0~45°であること、

- 梁間方向に沿って延伸する一対の長尺縁部とこれら各長尺縁部を挟み込んで桁方向に沿って延伸する一対の短尺縁部とによって区画された輪郭形状を有する屋根材本体と、該屋根材本体の各長尺縁部のそれぞれに沿って一体連結する上ハゼ、下ハゼとを備え、
該各短尺縁部を、該屋根材本体の水下側、水上側にそれぞれ隣接配置する他の屋根材の短尺縁部に重ね合わせて屋根材同士を梁間方向へ接続する一方、該上ハゼ、下ハゼを、桁方向に隣接配置する別の屋根材の下ハゼ、上ハゼにそれぞれ嵌合させて屋根材同士を桁方向へ接することにより建築構造物の屋根を葺きあげる嵌合式の屋根材であって、

該水上側はみ出し部に、前記短尺端縁に沿って伸延する横溝を設け、該下ハゼ側はみ出し部に、該横溝につながり該下ハゼに沿って伸延する縦溝を設けたことを特徴とする嵌合式屋根材。 - 前記水上側はみ出し部は、前記短尺縁部に沿う端縁を有し、前記下ハゼ側はみ出し部は、該上ハゼに沿う端縁を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載した嵌合式屋根材。
- 芯材は、発泡プラスチック系または鉱物繊維系の断熱材からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載した嵌合式屋根材。
- 前記下継手は、該屋根材本体の短尺縁部の全域にわたってつながる板状体と、該板状体の幅方向の端縁および該上ハゼの端部につながるとともに水上側に隣接配置する他の屋根材の上ハゼに嵌合可能な第一のハゼと、該板状体のもう一方の幅方向の縁部および該下ハゼの端部につながるとともに水上側に隣接配置する他の屋根材の下ハゼに嵌合可能な第二のハゼとを有し、
該上継手は、該屋根材本体に面一状態で一体連結する第一の板状体と、該第一の板状体の幅方向の各端部および該上ハゼ、下ハゼにそれぞれ面一状態で一体連結する第三のハゼ、第四のハゼとを有することを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載した嵌合式屋根材。 - 前記下継手は、前記板状体の先端縁にて立ち上がり水上側に隣接配置する他の屋根材との重ね合わせの際に折り返されて水上側に隣接配置する他の屋根材に連係可能な起立係止片を有し、前記上継手は、前記第一の板状体の先端縁において垂れ下がり水下側に隣接配置する他の屋根材との重ね合わせの際に折り返されて水下側に隣接配置する他の屋根材に連係可能な垂下係止片を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載した嵌合式屋根材。
- 前記起立係止片は、前記板状体の外表面とのなす角度が0~45°であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載した嵌合式屋根材。
