Claims (20)
- 方法であって、
時間変化するセンサ信号を、履物に結合されたセンサから受信することであって、前記センサは、前記センサに対する足の近接性に関する情報を感知するように構成されている、前記受信すること、
プロセッサ回路を使用して、
前記時間変化するセンサ信号の特性を識別し、
識別された前記特性に基づいて、
前記履物に関する、又は前記足に関するデータ収集を、前記履物に結合された同じ、又は異なるセンサを用いて開始すること、及び
前記履物の自動機能を更新すること
のうちの少なくとも1つを行うこと
を含み、
前記時間変化するセンサ信号の特性を識別することは、前記足が前記履物の中に完全に収容されたか否かを判定することを含む、方法。 - 前記時間変化するセンサ信号の特性を識別することは、前記時間変化するセンサ信号の中の一連の信号変化イベントを識別することを含み、前記信号変化イベントは、信号の大きさ又は周波数が所定の閾値変化量より大きい量だけ変化することに対応している、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセッサ回路を使用して、前記一連の信号変化イベントを用いて歩数を判定することをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の方法。

前記時間変化するセンサ信号のうち、足着地に対応する第1の部分を識別し、前記時間変化するセンサ信号のうち、足離地に対応する他の第2の部分を識別すること、
前記時間変化するセンサ信号の前記第1の部分を用いて足着地力特性を判定すること
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記時間変化するセンサ信号の特性を識別することは、前記プロセッサ回路を使用して、
前記時間変化するセンサ信号のうち、足着地に対応する第1の部分を識別し、前記時間変化するセンサ信号のうち、足離地に対応する他の第2の部分を識別すること、
前記時間変化するセンサ信号の前記第1の部分を用いて前記履物のインソール部材のライフサイクル状態を判定すること
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - インソールが使用者に十分な緩衝を提供していないことを、前記判定されたライフサイクル状態が示した場合、使用者に対し履物状態標示を報告することをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 同じ、又は異なるセンサを用いてデータ収集を開始することは、前記履物に結合された加速度計から履物活動情報を受信することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記履物の自動機能を更新することは、自動紐締めエンジンの動作を開始又は阻止することを含み、前記紐締めエンジンは、前記足の周囲で前記履物をきつくし、又は緩めるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記センサから前記時間変化するセンサ信号を受信することは、容量性センサから時間変化する容量表示信号を受信することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記センサから前記時間変化するセンサ信号を受信することは、磁力計から時間変化する磁界表示信号を受信することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記時間変化するセンサ信号を受信することは、足が前記履物に挿入され、又は前記履物から抜かれている間を含み、前記時間変化するセンサ信号の特性を識別することは、前記足の爪先、土踏まず、及び踵部分が前記履物の中の前記センサに近付く際の前記足の変化する近接性特性を識別することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。

同じ近接センサを用いて、又は前記履物に結合された異なるセンサを用いて、前記履物に関する、又は前記足に関するデータ収集を開始すること、及び
前記履物の自動機能を更新すること
のうちの少なくとも1つを行うように構成された前記プロセッサ回路と

前記時間変化するセンサ信号の特性を識別することは、前記足が前記履物の中に完全に収容されたか否かを判定することを含む、システム。 - 前記近接センサは、前記履物のインソールに、又はインソールの付近に提供された複数の電極を含む容量性センサである、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記近接センサは、前記履物のインソールに、又はインソールの付近に提供され、前記履物の中に配置された1つ又は複数の磁性体の位置変化に基づく磁界変化を検出するように構成された磁力計である、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサ回路は、時間と共に前記時間変化するセンサ信号の複数の特性を識別するように構成され、前記特性の各々は、所定の閾値変化量より大きい信号大きさ変化に対応し、前記プロセッサ回路は、前記特性を用いて、歩数、足着地力、又は移動速度を判定するように構成されている、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサ回路は、前記時間変化するセンサ信号のうち、足着地に対応する第1の部分を識別し、前記時間変化するセンサ信号のうち、足離地に対応する他の第2の部分を識別するように構成され、前記プロセッサ回路は、前記時間変化するセンサ信号の前記第1の部分及び第2の部分のタイミングに関する情報を用いて、歩数、移動速度、又は移動距離を判定するように構成されている、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 履物製品で使用するための自動履物システムであって、
前記製品内に配置されるように構成された紐締めエンジン及び紐締めエンジン筐体と、
前記筐体内に提供されたプロセッサ回路と、
前記プロセッサ回路、及び前記筐体内の1つ又は複数のポートに結合された電気相互接続部と、
少なくとも部分的に前記筐体の外部に提供され、前記電気相互接続部を用いて前記プロセッサ回路に結合された複数の電極を含む容量性センサであって、前記電極に対する体の近接性を感知して、前記電極に対する前記体の変化する近接性を示す時間変化するセンサ信号を供給するように構成されている前記容量性センサと
を含み、
前記プロセッサ回路は、
前記時間変化するセンサ信号の特性を識別し、
識別された前記特性に基づいて、
同じ容量性センサを用いて、又は履物に結合された異なるセンサを用いて、前記履物に関する、又は足に関するデータ収集を開始すること、及び
前記紐締めエンジンの自動機能を更新すること
