Description
本出願は、2014年3月25日に出願されたCARDIAC ANALYSIS USER INTERFACE SYSTEM AND METHOD(「心臓解析ユーザインタフェースのシステム及び方法」)と題する米国仮特許出願第61/970,027号の、米国特許法第119条(e)に基づく優先権を主張し、その全体を参照により本明細書に援用する。
(i)3D表面位置の累積から得られる接触マップを、電極カテーテルを心腔内で移動させている間に再構成する。
(ii)コンピュータ断層撮影又はMRI(磁気共鳴映像法)による撮像データをインポートする。
a)所与の心腔の表面上の所与の位置P(x,y,z)における電位Vを測定及び記録するための1つのユニット(接触式マッピング)、又は、心臓内に配置されるが心臓壁と直接接触しないプローブ(非接触式マッピング)、
b)測定された電位をデジタルデータに変換するための1つのA/D変換器、
c)測定され且つ/又は変換されたデータを記憶するための1つのメモリ(例えばコンピュータメモリ)、及び、
d)デジタルデータをデジタル表面電荷密度又は双極子密度データに変換するための1つのプロセッサユニット、
を含むシステムを用いることができる。

ケース2:電気的に適正で解剖学に不適正 ―組織に損傷あり、
ケース3:電気的に不適正で解剖学的に適正 ―組織に損傷あり、
ケース4:電気的及び解剖学的に共に不適正 ―組織壊死がある。
Claims (17)
- ディスプレイスクリーン上に心臓情報のグラフィック表現を生成するシステムの作動方法であって、
少なくとも1つの心室を含む心臓の解剖学的モデルを取得するステップであって、完全な心周期を表す拍動心臓モデルを形成するために、複数の超音波トランスデューサを使用して、継続的に解剖学的モデルを更新するステップと、
少なくとも1つの心室の複数の心臓部位における心臓活動に対応するソース情報の複数の順次データセットを電子的に決定するステップであって、前記ソース情報の複数の順次データセットが少なくとも毎秒1回電子的に決定されるステップと、
心臓の更新された解剖学的モデルを前記ディスプレイスクリーン上に継続的に描示するステップと、
心臓の継続的に更新された前記解剖学的モデルの前記複数の心臓位置に関連するソース情報の前記データセットに基づいて計算された情報をディスプレイスクリーン上に電子的に描示するステップであって、前記計算された情報の値をグラフィカルに識別できるように、継続的に更新された解剖学的モデルの少なくとも1つの心室全体にわたる心臓活性化の即時マップとして、前記計算された情報を描示するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記解剖学的モデルが少なくとも1秒毎に1回更新される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記解剖学的モデルが少なくとも100ミリ秒毎に1回更新される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記解剖学的モデルが少なくとも1秒毎に30回更新される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記解剖学的モデルがCTスキャンとMRIスキャンの少なくともいずれかのデータから作成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの超音波トランスデューサが、心室内に配置された複数の超音波トランスデューサである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記ソース情報の複数の順次データセットが一連の動的情報セットを表す、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記一連の動的情報セットが1以上の心周期の全体を通じて更新される、
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記ソース情報が、3次元空間におけるある場所での、3次元空間における特定の場所とは別個の物理的な一又は複数の特性を示すデータである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記ソース情報が、双極子密度情報、表面電荷情報、温度情報、pH情報、又は、これらの2つ以上の組合せを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - ソース情報の複数の順次データセットを電子的に決定する前記ステップが、少なくとも1つの電極からの信号を記録するステップを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの電極が複数の電極を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記複数の電極が、心室内に配置されるために構成及び配列された拡張可能なアレイに取り付けられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。 - 前記計算された情報が、識別マップの形で、又はそれを用いて、表示画面上にグラフィカルに提示される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記識別マップは、色、コントラスト、輝度、色相、飽和レベル、又はこれらの2つ以上の組合せを含むグループから選択されたパラメータを変化させることで、情報の値を識別する、
ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。 - フィールド情報のデータセットを前記ディスプレイスクリーン上に提示するステップを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記フィールド情報のデータセットを前記ソース情報のデータセットと交互に表示するステップを含む、
