Description
LOCTITE(登録商標)55は、そこに開示されている技術に基づいて販売されている製品である。そのような材料は非常に有用であり、そしてLOCTITE(登録商標)55は商業的に非常に成功してきたが、性能の改善が有利となり得る用途および/または環境条件がある。
米国特許第4,606,134号は打ち出し線ディスペンサーを記載している。
(i)嫌気硬化性成分、および
(ii)嫌気硬化性成分を硬化するための硬化成分
を含み、組成物は、約30℃~約100℃の範囲の融点を有する。
(i)a)固体樹脂成分およびb)固体嫌気硬化性モノマーを含む嫌気硬化性成分、および
(ii)嫌気硬化性成分を硬化するための硬化成分
を含み、組成物は固体であり、30℃~100℃の範囲の融点を有する。
(i)嫌気硬化性組成物を溶融する工程、および
(ii)溶融形態の嫌気硬化性組成物を細長柔軟糸に塗布する工程
を含む、嫌気硬化性組成物を含む接合封止組成物を細長柔軟糸に塗布する方法に関する。
(i)(a)少なくとも一方の部品への巻き付けに適する細長柔軟糸、および(b)固体形態の嫌気硬化性組成物を含む接合封止組成物を含み、細長柔軟糸は嫌気性硬化組成物で被覆されている、封止材を共する工程、
(ii)封止材を少なくとも一方の部品へ巻き付ける工程、および
(iii)接合部が封止材で封止されるように部品を嵌合する工程
により雄雌嵌合部品間の接合部を封止する方法に関する。
(100%)固体嫌気性組成物の配合における主成分と考えられる組成物の例を以下の表1に示す。
原料は、個々の成分の融点をわずかに上回る温度で一緒に配合される。組成物が均質な外観となったら、室温に冷却する。この時点で、これは固体である。
樹脂合成例:
Dynacoll 7380(90.89g)、ブチル化ヒドロキシトルエン(0.03g)、4-メトキシフェノール(0.03g)、およびリン酸(0.007g)を反応容器に投入し、120℃に加熱しながら混合した。温度を下げ、100℃で20分間混合した。反応の間はずっと100℃に温度を維持しながら、DBTDL(0.037g)を混合しながら添加し、その後容器にトルエンジイソシアネート(6.28g)を徐々に添加した。2~3時間、あるいはイソシアネート(NCO)重量%が平衡に達するまで混合を継続した。残留NCOを滴定した。滴定量に対して90%の必要とされるHEMA(~2.5g)を加えた。ジブチルスズジラウレート(0.037g)を加えた。3時間反応させ、滴定によりNCO消費量をモニターした。残留NCOの%が0.2%超の場合には、調製した2回目のHEMAの添加を投入した。NCO含有量が0.2%未満である場合には、反応を停止した。
配合:
以下の組成物を実施例1の通りに調製した。
上記組成物を、図2および上記のように950dtexのナイロン6,6糸に被覆して、糸1g当たり約1gの嫌気性組成物を与えた。標準的なナットとボルトのアセンブリを使用して、ねじ止め機能を調べた。DIN 267-27に従ってコードを雌ねじに取り付け、取り付け時にはねじの高さを超えていなかった。破断トルクをISO10964に従って決定した。これらの試験の結果を図3に示す。
ISO 7-1に準拠した切削ねじを有する管および接続具を使用した。使用した試験体は以下の特徴を有する。
試験片を組み立て後30~60分の間に試験した。管を約23℃の水浴に浸した。 7.5bar7.5±3bar(0.75MPa±0.3MPa)の圧縮空気を用いて試験片を加圧した。5分間の浸漬中の気泡の出現でガス漏を決定した。但し、浸漬の最初の15秒間に見られた気泡は無視した。
試験アセンブリを水道水で半分満たし、減速ブッシュをテフロンテープで封止したR1/2”プラグで閉じた。このアセンブリを横向きで130℃のオーブンに168時間置いた。この期間の後、アセンブリを2時間で室温に冷却し、プラグを外して水を排出した。圧縮空気を用いて漏れについての内圧試験を繰り返した。
試験アセンブリを150℃の温度チャンバーに22時間置き、その後20℃に2時間で冷却した。この温度サイクル試験を5回繰り返した。試験片を次に-20℃に4時間で冷却し、20℃に2時で間温めた。圧縮空気を用いて漏れについての内圧試験を繰り返した。結果は以下の通りである。
以下の組成物を実施例1と同様に調製した。
上記組成物を図2および上記に示される通り950dtexのナイロン6,6糸に被覆して、糸1g当たり約1gの嫌気性組成物を与えた。標準的なナットとボルトのアセンブリを使用して、ねじ止め機能を調べた。DIN 267-27に従ってコードを雌ねじに取り付け、取り付け時にはねじの高さを超えていなかった。破断トルクをISO10964に従って決定した。これらの試験の結果を図4に示す。
実施例2の上述した手順を本実施例の組成物を用いて繰り返したところ、以下の結果が得られた。

Claims (28)
- (a)少なくとも一方の雄雌嵌合部品への巻き付けに適する細長柔軟糸、および
(b)固体形態の嫌気硬化性組成物である接合封止組成物
を含み、柔軟糸が嫌気硬化性組成物で被覆されている、雄雌嵌合部品間の接合部を封止するための封止材であって、
嫌気硬化性組成物が、
(a)嫌気硬化性成分、および
(b)嫌気硬化性成分を硬化するための硬化成分
を含み、30℃~100℃の範囲の融点を有する封止材。 - 嫌気硬化性組成物が硬化性成分を含み、アクリレート、メタクリレート、およびこれらの組み合わせから選択される少なくとも1種の官能基を有する、請求項1に記載の封止材。
- 嫌気硬化性組成物が固体タックフリー形態である、請求項1または2に記載の封止材。
- 嫌気硬化性組成物が40℃~100℃の融点を有する、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の封止材。
- 嫌気硬化性組成物が50℃~100℃の融点を有する、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の封止材。
- 嫌気硬化性組成物が嫌気硬化性モノマーを含む嫌気硬化性成分を含む、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の封止材。
- 嫌気硬化性組成物が嫌気硬化性モノマーおよび樹脂成分を含む嫌気硬化性成分を含む、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の封止材。
- 樹脂成分が嫌気硬化性である、請求項7に記載の封止材。
- 樹脂成分および嫌気硬化性モノマーがそれぞれ固体であり、それぞれ30℃~100℃の範囲の融点を有する、請求項7または8に記載の封止材。
- 嫌気硬化性組成物が少なくとも2つのパートの形態で提供され、第1パートが樹脂成分を含み、第2パートが嫌気硬化性モノマーを含む、請求項7~9のいずれか1項に記載の封止材。
- 嫌気硬化性成分が、樹脂成分および嫌気硬化性モノマーを溶融し、それらを混合し、固体混合生成物を形成することにより形成される生成物を含む、請求項7~10のいずれか1項に記載の封止材。
- 嫌気硬化性組成物の総量の80重量%~99重量の量で存在する嫌気硬化性成分を嫌気硬化性組成物が含む、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の封止材。
- 樹脂成分が嫌気硬化性組成物の総重量に対して10~60重量%の量で存在する、請求項7~12のいずれか1項に記載の封止材。
- 樹脂成分が、2,000g/mol以上の分子量を有する(メタ)アクリレート化ポリウレタン樹脂;2,000g/mol以上の分子量を有するノボラック樹脂、2,000g/mol以上の分子量を有する(メタ)アクリレート化ポリエステル樹脂、およびこれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項7~11および13のいずれか1項に記載の封止材。
- 嫌気硬化性モノマーが、嫌気硬化性組成物の総重量に対して40~90重量%の量で存在する、請求項7、9および10のいずれか1項に記載の封止材。
- 嫌気硬化性組成物が少なくとも1個のアクリレートまたはメタクリレートエステル基を含む嫌気硬化性モノマーを含む、請求項1~15のいずれか1項に記載の封止材。
- 嫌気硬化性組成物が嫌気硬化性成分を含み、嫌気硬化性成分が1000g/mol未満の分子量を有する(メタ)アクリレート化ポリウレタン樹脂、カプセル化(メタ)アクリレートモノマーを含む(メタ)アクリレートモノマー、およびこれらの組み合わせの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1~16のいずれか1項に記載の封止材。
- 嫌気硬化性組成物の総重量に対して0.1~10重量%の量で存在する嫌気硬化性成分を硬化するための硬化成分を含み、および/または、硬化成分がカプセル化過酸化物を含む、請求項1に記載の封止材。
- 嫌気硬化性組成物が嫌気硬化性組成物の総重量に対して1重量%未満の溶媒を含む溶媒フリーであり、溶媒が、有機溶媒または水である、請求項1~18のいずれか1項に記載の封止材。
- 接合封止組成物が硬化性固体形態で提供される、請求項1~19のいずれか1項に記載の封止材。
- 嫌気硬化性組成物が30~50℃の範囲の再凝固点を有する、請求項1~20のいずれか1項に記載の封止材。
- 5~90重量%の量で存在する接合封止組成物を含み、細長柔軟糸が、10~95重量%の量で存在する、請求項1~21のいずれか1項に記載の封止材。
- 糸がポリアミド、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル、PTFE、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、綿、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される1種以上から作られている、請求項1~22のいずれか1項に記載の封止材。
- 封止される接合部への直接塗布のために封止材を供給できるディスペンサーに収容されている請求項1~23のいずれか1項に記載の封止材を含む製造物品。
- (a)嫌気硬化性組成物を溶融する工程、および
(b)溶融形態の嫌気硬化性組成物を細長柔軟糸に塗布する工程
を含む、嫌気硬化性組成物である接合封止組成物を細長柔軟糸に塗布する方法であって、
嫌気硬化性組成物が、
(a)嫌気硬化性成分、および
(b)嫌気硬化性成分を硬化するための硬化成分
を含み、30℃~100℃の範囲の融点を有する方法。 - 溶融形態の嫌気硬化性組成物の細長柔軟糸への塗布が、大量の溶融形態の嫌気硬化性組成物に通して細長柔軟糸を引くことにより達成される、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 請求項1~23のいずれか1項に記載の封止材を形成する、請求項25または26に記載の方法。
- (a)(i)少なくとも一方の部品への巻き付けに適する細長柔軟糸、および(ii)固体形態の嫌気硬化性組成物である接合封止組成物を含み、柔軟糸は嫌気硬化性組成物で被覆されている、封止材を供する工程、
(b)封止材を少なくとも一方の部品へ巻き付ける工程、および
(c)接合が封止材で封止されるように部品を嵌合する工程
により雄雌嵌合部品間の接合部を封止する方法であって、
嫌気硬化性組成物が、
(a)嫌気硬化性成分、および
(b)嫌気硬化性成分を硬化するための硬化成分
を含み、30℃~100℃の範囲の融点を有する方法。
