Abstract
Description
(a)固体樹脂成分および
(b)固体嫌気性硬化性モノマーを含む嫌気性硬化性成分、および
(ii)嫌気性硬化性成分を硬化するための硬化成分を含む嫌気性硬化性組成物であって、組成物は(室温で)固体であり、30℃から100℃の範囲の融点を有する組成物を提供する。
例えば、すりつぶし(grinding)後、例えば粉砕(milling)が行われた。これは、カプセル化された材料が、本発明の組成物に組み込む前にカプセル化された形態から放出されないことを意味する。
(i)本発明の組成物を固体非粘着性形態で提供する工程、
(ii)ねじに溶融によって融解するためにスレッドロック組成物を物品のねじに適用する工程を含む。
(i)本発明のスレッドロック組成物を提供する工程、
(ii)ねじに溶融によって融解するために少なくとも1つの物品のねじにスレッドロック組成物を適用する工程、
(iii)続いて、(任意に能動的冷却または受動的冷却後に)2つの物品を一緒にねじ合わせ(threading)、スレッドロック組成物の嫌気的硬化を開始し、したがって、2つの物品を一緒に化学的に結合させるために組成物を嫌気的に硬化させる工程を含む。
R4は、水素、ハロゲンまたは1〜約4個の炭素原子を有するアルキルから選択される基であり;qは、少なくとも1、好ましくは、1〜約4に等しい整数であり;Xは、少なくとも2個の炭素原子を含み、総結合容量がq+1である有機基である。X中の炭素原子の数の上限に関し、本質的にいかなる値でも機能できるモノマーが存在する。しかし、実際、一般的な上限値は、約50個の炭素原子、望ましくは30個、最も望ましくは約20個である。
Y1およびY2の各々は、少なくとも2個の炭素原子、望ましくは2個〜約10個の炭素原子を含む有機基、例えば、炭化水素基であり、Zは、有機基、好ましくは少なくとも1個の炭素原子、好ましくは2〜約10個の炭素原子を含む炭化水素基である。
mは、少なくとも1に等しい整数、例えば1〜約15またはそれ以上、望ましくは、1〜約8であり;nは、少なくとも1に等しい整数、例えば1〜約40以上、望ましくは、約2〜約10であり;pは、0または1である。
R9は、水素または1〜7個の炭素原子を有する低級アルキルから選択され;R7は、水素、ハロゲン(例えば塩素)またはアルキル(例えばメチルおよびエチル基)から選択され、R8は、1〜8個の炭素原子を有するアルキレン、フェニレンおよびナフチレンから選択される二価の有機基である。
約72〜74℃の融点を有するHEMA−IPDI−HEMAである、
(100%)固体嫌気性配合物を配合するための基準と考えられる組成物の例を以下の表1に示す:
原材料は、個々の成分の融点より少し上の温度で共に配合される。配合物が均一な外観を有する場合、それを室温まで冷却してもよい。この時点で、それは固体である。次いで、この固体を粉砕して微粉末(粒径20〜500μm)にする。これは、極低温ボールミルを用いて達成することができる。得られる粉末は自由流動性であり、大きな凝集体を含まない。
被覆されるべき基材は、ほとんどの場合ボルトであり、約80℃まで加熱される。粉末は熱いボルトに分配される。熱いボルトに触れると、粉末は溶けて、ボルトのネジ山の周りを流れる。生成されたカバレッジの程度は、ボルト温度、粉末の溶融粘度などの様々な要因によって制御することができる。ボルトの温度が低下すると、コーティングは凝固する。例えば基材を冷凍庫に置くなどの能動的な冷却によって、このプロセスを迅速化することができる。

樹脂合成に使用される出発物質の例:
EvonikからDynacollの商品名、たとえば、Dynacoll 7380,7381,7362で入手可能な(半)結晶性ポリエステルポリオール
トルエンジイソシアネート
メチレンジフェニルイソシアネート
水素化キシリレンジイソシアネート
ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート
グリセロールジメタクリレート
反応容器にDynacoll 7380(90.89g)、BHT(ブチル化ヒドロキシトルエン)(0.03g)、MEHQ(4−メトキシフェノール)(0.03g)およびリン酸(0.007g)を入れ、120℃に加熱しながら混合した。許容される温度を低下させ、100℃で20分間混合した。混合しながらDBTDL(ジブチル錫ジラウレート)(0.037g)を添加し、次いでTDI(トルエンジイソシアネート)(6.28g)を容器にゆっくりと添加し、反応中、温度を100℃に維持した。2〜3時間、または重量%イソシアネート(NCO)が平衡に達するまで、継続して混合した。残りのNCOについて滴定した。力価に基づいて必要なHEMA(ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート)(〜2.5g)の90%を加えた。DBTDL(0.037g)を加えた。3時間反応させ、滴定によりNCO消費量をモニターした。残りのNCOのパーセンテージが0.2%より上である場合、計算されたHEMAの第2回の添加をした。NCO含量が0.2%未満である場合、反応を停止させた。
上記例8で調製した樹脂を他の成分と共に配合して、以下のように本発明の組成物を形成した。

Claims (42)
- (a)嫌気性硬化性成分であって、
(i)固体樹脂成分および
(ii)固体嫌気性硬化性モノマーを含む嫌気性硬化性成分、および
(b)嫌気性硬化性成分を硬化するための硬化成分を含む嫌気性硬化性組成物であって、組成物は、固体であり、30℃から100℃の範囲の融点を有する組成物。 - (a)嫌気性硬化性成分であって、任意に
(i)固体樹脂成分、および
(ii)固体嫌気性硬化性モノマーを含む嫌気性硬化性成分、および
(b)嫌気性硬化性成分を硬化するための硬化成分を含むスレッドロック組成物であって、組成物は、流動性粒状形態であり、約30℃から約100℃の範囲の融点を有する組成物。 - 前記嫌気性硬化性成分が、前記組成物の少なくとも硬化成分のキャリヤとして作用する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、溶融後に30℃以下の温度に暴露されたときに再固化する、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が,流動性粒状形態である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
