Claims (20)
- 車両用灯具(4)であって、
電気的に駆動された状態にて当該車両用灯具(4)の外側へ伝搬する光ビームを形成する複数の光線(Ri)を放射するのに適した少なくとも一つの光源(16)を収納する封じ込め座部(12)の範囲を定める容器本体(8)と、
封じ込め座部(12)を部分的に閉じ、光源(16)によって生成された光ビームによって横断されるのに適したレンズ状本体(20)と、
光入射壁(28)に対応した少なくとも一つの光源(16)に面し、光源からの光ビームを受け入れて、レンズ状本体(20)に面する光出射壁(32)へ光ビームを伝送する光導波路(24)と、を備え、
ここで、光導波路(24)は、有効縦拡張(L)を有する本体(36)と、有効縦拡張(L)に平行な第1及び第2の側壁(40、44)とを備え、ここで有効縦拡張(L)は全内部反射によって本体(36)の内側の光ビームの伝搬方向を定義する、
本体(36)は、第1側壁から第2側壁へ延在する第1溝(48)を有し、第1溝は複数の第1穴(52)を備え、該第1穴は、乳白色効果を有する光ビームを放射するように、光出射壁(32)の方へ連続する屈折によって光線(Ri)の散乱を生成する、円筒状あるいは球状の腐食を実現するのに適した円筒状あるいは球状の光学部分を定義したものであり、
また第1穴(52)は、遮られることなく互いに隣接しており、
また第1溝(48)の第1穴(52)は、光導波路(24)の本体(36)の厚さ(56)に対して底を有し、厚さ(56)未満の第1深さ(64)にて本体(36)の第1面(60)から進入する、
ことを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 第1穴(52)は、1mmと5mmとの間の直径を有する、請求項1に記載の車両用灯具。
- 第1穴(52)は、接している、あるいは、第1穴(52)の第1軸(X-X)に垂直な断面に対して測定してそれらの全面積の1-10%に等しい丸い扇形部(66)に関して互いに進入し合っている、請求項1又は2に記載の車両用灯具。
- 第1穴(52)は、互いから等距離で、全て同じ直径を有する円形断面の穴である、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の車両用灯具。
- 第1穴(52)の第1軸(X-X)に垂直な断面に対して、第1溝(48)は、光出射壁(32)と平行な第1曲線セグメント(68)に沿って延在する、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の車両用灯具。
- 本体(36)は、光出射壁(32)において拡散部(72)を有し、該拡散部は、光出射壁(32)から出る光ビームを標準化し広げるのに適した、マイクロ光学部分及び/又はエンボス加工及び/又は梨地仕上げを備える、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の車両用灯具。
- 拡散部(72)は、第1溝(48)の第1深さ(64)の延長に対応した、光出射壁(32)におけるセグメント(76)に一致して延在する、請求項6に記載の車両用灯具。
- 本体(36)は、光出射壁(32)においてマスク(80)を有し、該マスクは、第1穴(52)によって影響されない本体部分(36)に一致して配置され、そこに入射する光線(Ri)によって横断されないように形作られている、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の車両用灯具。
- 本体(36)は、第2溝(84)を有し、該第2溝は、光ビームの伝搬方向に沿って第1溝48に対して距離(88)によるオフセット位置において第1側壁から第2側壁(40,44)へ延在し、複数の第2穴(92)を備え、該第2穴は、光出射壁(32)の方へ連続した屈折によって光線Riの散乱を生成するのに適した円筒状あるいは球状の腐食を実現するのに適した円筒状あるいは球状の光学部分を定義したものであり、
また第2穴(92)は、遮られることなく互いに隣接しており、
また第2溝(84)の第2穴(92)は、光導波路(24)の本体(36)の厚さ(56)に対して底を有し、厚さ(56)未満の第2深さ(64)にて、本体(36)の厚さ(56)に沿って第1面(60)に反対の本体(36)の第2面(96)から進入する、
請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の車両用灯具。 - 第2穴(92)は、1mmと5mmとの間の直径を有する、請求項9に記載の車両用灯具。
- 第2穴(92)は、接している、あるいは、第2穴(92)の第2軸(Y-Y)に垂直な断面に対して測定してそれらの全面積の1-10%に等しい丸い扇形部(66)に関して互いに進入し合っている、請求項9又は10に記載の車両用灯具。
- 第2穴(92)は、互いから等距離で、全て同じ直径を有する円形断面の穴である、請求項9から11のいずれかに記載の車両用灯具。
- 第2穴(92)は、第1穴(52)に等しい、請求項9から12のいずれかに記載の車両用灯具。
- 第2穴(92)の第2軸(Y-Y)に垂直な断面に対して、第2溝(84)は、光出射壁(32)と平行な第2曲線セグメント(104)に沿って延在する、請求項9から13のいずれかに記載の車両用灯具。
- 第1及び第2の溝(48,84)間の距離(88)は、第1又は第2の穴(52、92)の直径に等しい、請求項9から14のいずれかに記載の車両用灯具。
- 底を有する第1及び第2の穴(52、92)は、本体(36)の全厚さ(56)を共同で捕まえ、それにより光入射壁(28)から来る光ビームの各光線(Ri)を共同で捕まえるように、本体(36)の対向する第1及び第2の面(60,96)のそれぞれから延在し、第1及び第2の深さ(64,100)の合計は、本体(36)の厚さ(56)よりも大きいあるいは等しい、請求項9から15のいずれかに記載の車両用灯具。
