Description
物品収納室に熱風を放出するステップと、
乾燥初期時間に達すると、前記物品収納室の室内温度を収集するステップと、
前記室内温度に対応する乾燥延長時間を自動的に取得するステップと、
前記乾燥延長時間に達するまで、前記物品収納室に熱風を継続的に放出するステップと、を順に実行するステップを含む。
室内温度33℃未満----乾燥延長時間90分間、
室内温度33-40℃----乾燥延長時間60分間、
室内温度40-44℃----乾燥延長時間30分間、
室内温度44℃超え----乾燥延長時間0分間である。
Claims (9)
- 紫外線消毒容器に適用され、被消毒物を乾燥させるインテリジェント乾燥方法であって、乾燥命令を受信すると、前記消毒容器は、
物品収納室に熱風を放出するステップと、
乾燥初期時間に達すると、前記物品収納室の室内温度を収集するステップと、
前記室内温度に対応する乾燥延長時間を自動的に取得するステップと、
前記乾燥延長時間に達するまで、前記物品収納室に熱風を継続的に放出するステップと、を順に実行するステップを含み、
前記した前記室内温度に対応する乾燥延長時間を自動的に取得するステップでは、前記乾燥延長時間は4種類を含み、各乾燥延長時間と室内温度との対応関係は、
室内温度33℃未満----乾燥延長時間90分間、
室内温度33-40℃----乾燥延長時間60分間、
室内温度40-44℃----乾燥延長時間30分間、
室内温度44℃超え----乾燥延長時間0分間であることを特徴するインテリジェント乾燥方法。 - 前記した物品収納室に熱風を放出するステップでは、前記物品収納室の空気が吸込み口から前記物品収納室の壁内の空気通路に入り、前記空気通路内で加熱された後、吹出口から前記物品収納室に戻る内部循環方式を採用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインテリジェント乾燥方法。
- 前記乾燥初期時間は30分間~90分間の間の任意の数値であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインテリジェント乾燥方法。
- 被消毒物を収納する物品収納室と、
前記物品収納室に熱風を放出する加熱ダクトと、
前記加熱ダクトに電気的に接続されるマイクロプロセッサと、
前記マイクロプロセッサが実行可能なコンピュータ可読プログラムを記憶するメモリと、を備える紫外線消毒容器であって、
前記コンピュータ可読プログラムが前記マイクロプロセッサに実行されると、前記消毒容器は請求項1に記載のインテリジェント乾燥方法のステップを実行することを特徴とする紫外線消毒容器。 - 前記加熱ダクトは内部循環式加熱ダクトであり、前記内部循環式加熱ダクトは、
前記物品収納室と、
前記物品収納室の壁に設けられ、前記物品収納室と連通する吹出口と、
前記物品収納室の壁に設けられ、前記物品収納室と連通する吸込み口と、
前記物品収納室の壁の内部に設置され、前記吹出口及び前記吸込み口と連通する空気通路と、
前記空気通路内に取り付けられるファン及び電気発熱体と、を備え、
前記物品収納室から順に前記吸込み口、前記空気通路、前記ファン及び電気発熱体、前記吹出口を経由して前記物品収納室に戻り、内部循環式加熱ダクトを形成することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の紫外線消毒容器。 - 前記吹出口と前記吸込み口はそれぞれ前記物品収納室の隣接する壁に設けられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の紫外線消毒容器。
- 前記内部循環式加熱ダクトは2つの前記吸込み口を有し、2つの前記吸込み口がそれぞれ前記物品収納室の対向する2つの壁に設けられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の紫外線消毒容器。
- 前記吹出口と前記吸込み口はともにアレイ状に分布した複数の小孔であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の紫外線消毒容器。
- 前記電気発熱体は抵抗線と、くり抜き部を有するシート状の骨格とを備え、前記抵抗線は前記骨格に疎巻きされ、且つ前記くり抜き部に網状構造が形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の紫外線消毒容器。
