一种智能烘干方法及紫外消毒容器
技术领域
本发明涉及消毒技术领域,尤其涉及一种应用于紫外消毒容器、用于烘干被消毒物的智能烘干方法,以及采用该智能烘干方法的紫外消毒容器。
背景技术
紫外光具有良好的杀菌效果,被广泛用在消毒领域。紫外消毒容器是紫外光在消毒领域的主要应用之一。紫外消毒容器的消毒方式是用发光装置向物品收纳腔辐射紫外光,紫外光直接照射到被消毒物,杀死被消毒物表面的细菌,达到消毒的目的。
因为被消毒物上经常会残留有水渍,为了能够自动去除残留的水渍,便携式紫外消毒容器会配置制热风道,通过制热风道可以自动向收纳空间释放热风,烘干被消毒物。现有的烘干方法为控制制热风道工作固定时间。该烘干方法存在以下缺陷:1、烘干不可靠,且会浪费能源。由于受环境温度、被消毒物的数量等因素影响,有时候被消毒物没有被完全烘干,而有时候被消毒物烘干后仍在继续烘干,即,存在“欠烘干”和“过烘干”的现象,当“过烘干”时就会浪费能源。2、如果加装多种感应器来监测影响烘干的各种因素,则会大大增加成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种智能烘干方法及紫外消毒容器,以解决采用固定烘干时间存在的“欠烘干”问题和“过烘干”问题,且不需额外增加成本。
为达上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种智能烘干方法,应用于紫外消毒容器,用于烘干被消毒物,所述智能烘干方法包括接收到烘干指令后所述消毒容器顺次执行以下步骤:
向物品收纳腔释放热风;
当到达烘干初始时间时,采集所述物品收纳腔的腔内温度;
自动获取所述腔内温度对应的延长烘干时间;以及
继续向所述物品收纳腔释放热风,直至到达所述延长烘干时间。
优选地,所述向物品收纳腔释放热风的步骤中,采用内循环方式,所述内循环方式包括所述物品收纳腔的空气从回风口进入所述物品收纳腔的腔壁内的空气通道,在所述空气通道内加热后,从出风口再送入所述物品收纳腔,如此循环。
优选地,所述烘干初始时间为30分钟至90分钟之间的任一数值。
优选地,所述自动获取所述腔内温度对应的延长烘干时间的步骤中,所述的延长烘干时间包括四种,各延长烘干时间与腔内温度的对应关系如下:
腔内温度低于33摄氏度----延长烘干时间为90分钟;
腔内温度介于33-40摄氏度----延长烘干时间为60分钟;
腔内温度介于40-44摄氏度----延长烘干时间为30分钟;
腔内温度高于44摄氏度----延长烘干时间为0分钟。
一种紫外消毒容器,其包括:用于收纳被消毒物的物品收纳腔;用于向所述物品收纳腔释放热风的制热风道;与所述制热风道电连接的微处理器;以及存储有能够被所述微处理器执行的计算机可读程序的存储器;其中,所述计算机可读程序被所述微处理器执行时,所述消毒容器执行上述的智能烘干方法的步骤。
优选地,所述制热风道为内循环式制热风道,所述内循环式制热风道包括:所述物品收纳腔;开设于所述物品收纳腔的腔壁的、且与所述物品收纳腔相连通的出风口;开设于所述物品收纳腔的腔壁的、且与所述物品收纳腔相连通的回风口;设置在所述物品收纳腔的腔壁的内部的、且与所述出风口和所述回风口连通的空气通道;以及安装于所述空气通道中的风扇和电热元件;从所述物品收纳腔顺次经所述回风口、所述空气通道、所述风扇和电热元件、所述出风口、再到所述物品收纳腔,构成了内循环式制热风道。
优选地,所述出风口和所述回风口分别开设在所述物品收纳腔的相邻的腔壁。
优选地,所述内循环式制热风道具有两个所述回风口,两个所述回风口分别开设在所述物品收纳腔的相对的两个腔壁。
优选地,所述出风口和所述回风口均为阵列分布的多个小孔。
优选地,所述电热元件包括电阻丝和薄片状且具有镂空部的骨架,所述电阻丝疏绕在所述骨架上、且在所述镂空部形成网状结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明至少具有以下有益效果:
采用两步式烘干,通过软件自适应地确定烘干时间,能够精准地烘干被消毒物且不会浪费能源。而且,不需要额外增加感应器及相关电路,因而不会额外增加成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
本智能烘干方法应用于紫外消毒容器,用于烘干被消毒物。
请参照图1,本智能烘干方法包括接收到烘干指令后,消毒容器顺次执行以下步骤:
步骤S1,向物品收纳腔释放热风。
步骤S2,当到达烘干初始时间时,采集所述物品收纳腔的腔内温度。其中,烘干初始时间为预置的一个时间值,烘干初始时间优选但不限于30分钟至90分钟之间的任一数值。
步骤S3,自动获取所述腔内温度对应的延长烘干时间。
在一典型实施例中,烘干初始时间设置为60分钟,延长烘干时间根据到达烘干初始时间时的腔内温度,分为四档:腔内温度为33摄氏度以下:延长烘干时间为90分钟;腔内温度33-40摄氏度:延长烘干时间为60分钟;腔内温度40-44摄氏度:延长烘干时间为30分钟;腔内温度44摄氏度以上:延长烘干时间为0分钟。
应当指出,上述的分档、具体的温度值和时间值仅是一个典型实施例,这些值可以根据需要而灵活设置,这些值需要事先实验,确保应用这些值时,能够刚好将被消毒物烘干。分档越多,控制精度越好,但会增加运算的复杂度。
步骤S4,继续向所述物品收纳腔释放热风,直至到达所述延长烘干时间。
可以看出,上述智能烘干方法采用两步式烘干,通过软件自适应地确定烘干时间,能够精准地烘干被消毒物且不会浪费能源。而且,不需要额外增加感应器及相关电路,因而不会额外增加成本。
进一步,所述向物品收纳腔释放热风的步骤中,采用内循环方式,所述内循环方式包括所述物品收纳腔的空气从回风口进入所述物品收纳腔的腔壁内的空气通道,在所述空气通道内加热后,从出风口再送入所述物品收纳腔,如此循环。这样,循环的空气是热空气,只需耗费少量的能源即可将空气加热到需要的温度,因而可以进一步节省能源。
进一步,所述烘干初始时间为30分钟至90分钟之间的任一数值。在该时间内,既不会出现“过烘干”现象,而且,足够长的初始时间,有利于预估更精准。
进一步,所述自动获取所述腔内温度对应的延长烘干时间的步骤中,所述的延长烘干时间包括四种,各延长烘干时间与腔内温度的对应关系如下:腔内温度低于33摄氏度----延长烘干时间为90分钟;腔内温度介于33-40摄氏度----延长烘干时间为60分钟;腔内温度介于40-44摄氏度----延长烘干时间为30分钟;腔内温度高于44摄氏度----延长烘干时间为0分钟。采用四档,既能达到较好的控制精度,而且运算较为简单。
请参照图2、图3,本紫外消毒容器包括:用于收纳被消毒物的物品收纳腔1;设置在所述物品收纳腔1的腔壁的、用于向所述物品收纳腔1释放紫外光(消毒介质)的光照装置6,设置在所述物品收纳腔1的腔壁的、用于向所述物品收纳腔1释放热风的制热风道。
所述制热风道为内循环式制热风道,所述内循环式制热风道包括:所述物品收纳腔1;开设于所述物品收纳腔1的腔壁的、且与所述物品收纳腔相连通1的出风口3;开设于所述物品收纳腔1的腔壁的、且与所述物品收纳腔1相连通的回风口2;设置在所述物品收纳腔1的腔壁的内部的、且与所述出风口3和所述回风口2连通的空气通道7;以及安装于所述空气通道7中的风扇7’和电热元件8(见图4);从所述物品收纳腔1顺次经所述回风口2、所述空气通道7、所述风扇7’和电热元件8、所述出风口3、再到所述物品收纳腔1,构成了内循环式制热风道。这样,在烘干时,没有引入环境中的空气,循环的空气为热空气,只需耗费较少的能源即可将空气加热到需要的温度,可以节约烘干消耗的能源。
本紫外消毒容器还包括与所述制热风道电连接的微处理器(未图示);以及存储有能够被所述微处理器执行的计算机可读程序的存储器;其中,所述计算机可读程序被所述微处理器执行时,所述消毒容器执行上述智能烘干方法的步骤。其中,所述存储器可以是所述微处理器的片内存储器,也可以是片外存储器。
进一步,所述出风口3和所述回风口2分别开设在所述物品收纳腔1的相邻的腔壁。风扇7’工作时,在回风口2处会产生负压,该负压作用于物品收纳腔1内的空气,会促进空气的扩散。相比将出风口和回风口设置在同侧和对侧,本实施例采用的这种位置设计能够使出风口进入物品收纳腔的空气更好地扩散。
进一步,所述内循环式制热风道具有两个所述回风口2,两个所述回风口2分别开设在所述物品收纳腔1的相对的两个腔壁。相比仅单侧配置回风口,这种在相对的两侧壁分别配置回风口的设计,会使物品收纳腔内的空气的扩散效果更好。
进一步,所述出风口3和所述回风口2均为阵列分布的多个小孔。相比一个大孔,采用阵列分布的多个小孔可以将通过的空气分散,而且可以避免物体穿过该出风口和回风口。
进一步,如图4所示,所述电热元件8包括电阻丝10和薄片状且具有镂空部11的骨架9,所述电阻丝10疏绕在所述骨架9上、且在所述镂空部11形成网状结构。采用这种电热元件,能够方便地将其固定到风扇7’的端部,电热元件的安装非常方便。而且,空气可以从所述网状结构通过,可以有效增大空气和电热元件的接触面积,实现快速高效地对流动空气加热。
本消毒容器为一种便携式紫外消毒容器,不仅可以居家使用,而且可以携带至办公室使用或者在外出时使用。其消毒容器主体4设置有提手5。

Claims (10)

1.一种智能烘干方法,应用于紫外消毒容器,用于烘干被消毒物,其特征在于,所述智能烘干方法包括接收到烘干指令后所述消毒容器顺次执行以下步骤:
向物品收纳腔释放热风;
当到达烘干初始时间时,采集所述物品收纳腔的腔内温度;
自动获取所述腔内温度对应的延长烘干时间;以及
继续向所述物品收纳腔释放热风,直至到达所述延长烘干时间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能烘干方法,其特征在于,所述向物品收纳腔释放热风的步骤中,采用内循环方式,所述内循环方式包括所述物品收纳腔的空气从回风口进入所述物品收纳腔的腔壁内的空气通道,在所述空气通道内加热后,从出风口再送入所述物品收纳腔,如此循环。
3.根据权利要求1所述的智能烘干方法,其特征在于,所述烘干初始时间为30分钟至90分钟之间的任一数值。
4.根据权利要求3所述的智能烘干方法,其特征在于,所述自动获取所述腔内温度对应的延长烘干时间的步骤中,所述的延长烘干时间包括四种,各延长烘干时间与腔内温度的对应关系如下:
腔内温度低于33摄氏度----延长烘干时间为90分钟;
腔内温度介于33-40摄氏度----延长烘干时间为60分钟;
腔内温度介于40-44摄氏度----延长烘干时间为30分钟;
腔内温度高于44摄氏度----延长烘干时间为0分钟。
5.一种紫外消毒容器,包括:
用于收纳被消毒物的物品收纳腔;
用于向所述物品收纳腔释放热风的制热风道;
与所述制热风道电连接的微处理器;以及
存储有能够被所述微处理器执行的计算机可读程序的存储器;
其特征在于:所述计算机可读程序被所述微处理器执行时,所述消毒容器执行如权利要求1所述的智能烘干方法的步骤。
6.根据权利要求5所述的紫外消毒容器,其特征在于,所述制热风道为内循环式制热风道,所述内循环式制热风道包括:
所述物品收纳腔;
开设于所述物品收纳腔的腔壁的、且与所述物品收纳腔相连通的出风口;
开设于所述物品收纳腔的腔壁的、且与所述物品收纳腔相连通的回风口;
设置在所述物品收纳腔的腔壁的内部的、且与所述出风口和所述回风口连通的空气通道;以及
安装于所述空气通道中的风扇和电热元件;
从所述物品收纳腔顺次经所述回风口、所述空气通道、所述风扇和电热元件、所述出风口、再到所述物品收纳腔,构成了内循环式制热风道。
7.根据权利要求6所述的紫外消毒容器,其特征在于,所述出风口和所述回风口分别开设在所述物品收纳腔的相邻的腔壁。
8.根据权利要求7所述的紫外消毒容器,其特征在于,所述内循环式制热风道具有两个所述回风口,两个所述回风口分别开设在所述物品收纳腔的相对的两个腔壁。
9.根据权利要求6所述的紫外消毒容器,其特征在于,所述出风口和所述回风口均为阵列分布的多个小孔。
10.根据权利要求6所述的紫外消毒容器,其特征在于,所述电热元件包括电阻丝和薄片状且具有镂空部的骨架,所述电阻丝疏绕在所述骨架上、且在所述镂空部形成网状结构。
