Description
図1に示すように、車両500には、気筒11を備える内燃機関10が搭載されている。気筒11の吸気ポートには吸気通路13が接続されている。吸気通路13には、吸入空気量を調整するスロットル弁14が設けられている。
内燃機関10から発生した駆動力は、ロックアップクラッチ付きのトルクコンバータ20、切り替え機構30、車両用自動変速機としての無段変速機40、減速ギア50、ディファレンシャルギヤ55などを順次介して左右の駆動輪60に伝達される。
内燃機関10の機関制御、無段変速機40の変速制御、LUC25の作動制御、切り替え機構30の作動制御などの各種制御は、車両500の車載制御装置(以下、制御装置という)100によって実行される。
図2に、燃料カットを実行するために制御装置100が実行する処理手順を示す。なお、図2に示す処理は、制御装置100のメモリ120に記憶されたプログラムをCPU110が所定周期毎に実行することにより実現される。また、以下では、先頭に「S」が付与された数字によって、ステップ番号を表現する。
そして、ATF温度THatfが係合許可温度THaw以上であると判定する場合(S310:YES)、制御装置100は、目標タービン回転速度NTtとして上記基本タービン回転速度NTbを設定する(S330)。
本実施形態の作用及び効果を説明する。
・図4のS340の処理において基本タービン回転速度NTbに加算される規定値Aは一定値であったが、この規定値Aを可変設定してもよい。例えば、ATF温度THatfの温度が低いときほど、規定値Aの値が大きくなるように同規定値Aを可変設定してもよい。この場合には、ATF温度THatfの温度が低いときほど、目標タービン回転速度NTtの増大量が増加するため、ATFの昇温速度を高めることができる。
Claims (2)
- 内燃機関と、ロックアップクラッチを有するトルクコンバータと、前記トルクコンバータの出力軸に接続される自動変速機とを備える車両の車載制御装置であって、
前記内燃機関は、気筒に燃料を供給する燃料噴射弁と、排気通路に設けられて排気中の粒子状物質を捕集するフィルタと、を有しており、
前記トルクコンバータは、当該トルクコンバータの入力軸に設けられるポンプインペラと、当該トルクコンバータの出力軸に設けられて流体を介して前記ポンプインペラとの間でトルク伝達を行うタービンインペラとを有しており、
前記ロックアップクラッチは前記流体の圧力で作動する機構であり、
前記流体の温度が規定の係合許可温度よりも低いときには、前記ロックアップクラッチの係合を禁止する処理と、
前記ロックアップクラッチが係合していることを含む規定の燃料カット条件が成立するときには前記燃料噴射弁からの燃料噴射を停止する処理と、
前記流体の温度が前記係合許可温度よりも低い状況下において、前記フィルタにおける前記粒子状物質の堆積量が規定の堆積量閾値以上である場合には、前記堆積量が前記堆積量閾値未満である場合と比較して前記タービンインペラの回転速度が増大するように前記自動変速機の変速制御を行う速度増大処理と、を実行する
車載制御装置。 - 前記自動変速機は、無段変速機であって、
前記車載制御装置は、前記タービンインペラの回転速度が同回転速度の目標値である目標タービン回転速度になるように前記無段変速機の変速比を制御するとともに、
前記速度増大処理による前記タービンインペラの回転速度の増大は、前記目標タービン回転速度を増大させることにより実施される
請求項1に記載の車載制御装置。
