Description
Claims (10)
- 液面検知機能を有する分注機構のノズルを洗浄するノズル洗浄器であって、
洗浄液をためる洗浄槽と、
ノズル洗浄時に前記洗浄槽にためられた洗浄液に浸漬するよう配置された第1導電性部材と、
前記第1導電性部材に印加する電位を制御する第1電圧制御部と、
第2導電性部材を有し、前記第2導電性部材の少なくとも一部がノズル洗浄時に前記洗浄槽にためられた洗浄液に浸漬されるよう配置され、前記洗浄槽にためられた洗浄液に超音波振動を発生させる超音波発生機構と、
前記第2導電性部材に印加する電位を制御する第2電圧制御部とを有し、
前記第1電圧制御部は、ノズル洗浄時にノズルに印加される第1電位よりも高い第2電位を前記第1導電性部材に印加し、
前記第2電圧制御部は、前記第1電位と等しい電位、または前記第1電位よりも高い第3電位を前記第2導電性部材に印加するノズル洗浄器。 - 請求項1において、
前記第3電位は前記第2電位よりも低いノズル洗浄器。 - 請求項2において、
前記超音波発生機構は、超音波振動子と、前記第2導電性部材として前記超音波振動子から前記洗浄槽に向けて延伸され、鉛直方向にその長手方向を有する円筒孔をその先端部に有する振動ヘッドを有し、
ノズルを前記円筒孔に挿入してノズルを洗浄するノズル洗浄器。 - 請求項3において、
前記洗浄槽の底部に接続され、前記洗浄槽へ洗浄液を供給する配管を有し、
前記第1導電性部材は前記配管に設けられているノズル洗浄器。 - 請求項1において、
前記超音波発生機構は、超音波振動子と、前記超音波振動子から前記洗浄槽に向けて延伸され、鉛直方向にその長手方向を有する円筒孔をその先端部に有する振動ヘッドとを有し、
前記振動ヘッドの先端部は、ノズル洗浄時に前記洗浄槽にためられた洗浄液に浸漬されるよう配置されるノズル洗浄器。 - 請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のノズル洗浄器と、
前記分注機構は、前記ノズルとして試料を吸引する試料ノズルを有する試料分注機構であって、
前記ノズル洗浄器は、前記試料ノズルを洗浄する自動分析装置。 - 請求項6において、
前記第1導電性部材及び前記第2導電性部材は、前記試料ノズルと同じ材質またはイオン化傾向が近い材質である自動分析装置。 - 請求項6において、
前記第1電圧制御部及び前記第2電圧制御部は、前記試料ノズルが洗浄液に浸漬する直前から前記第1導電性部材及び前記第2導電性部材への電圧印加を開始し、前記試料ノズルが洗浄液から離脱した直後に前記第1導電性部材及び前記第2導電性部材への電圧印加を終了させる自動分析装置。 - 請求項6において、
前記第1電位、前記第2電位及び前記第3電位は、自動分析装置の筐体の電位を基準電位として生成される自動分析装置。 - 請求項6において、
前記洗浄槽にためる洗浄液として電解質水溶液を用いる自動分析装置。
