Description
Claims (12)
- サンプルまたは試薬の分注を行うノズルを有する分注機構と、
前記ノズルを洗浄する超音波洗浄器と、
制御部とを有し、
前記超音波洗浄器は、洗浄槽と、超音波振動子と、前記超音波振動子から前記洗浄槽に向けて延伸され、その先端部が前記洗浄槽に挿入される振動ヘッドとを備えており、
前記制御部は、前記ノズルを前記洗浄槽に挿入し、前記超音波振動子を駆動して前記ノズルを洗浄する洗浄動作とは異なる駆動条件により、前記超音波振動子を駆動して前記超音波振動子を加熱する加熱動作を行う自動分析装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記制御部は、前記加熱動作における前記超音波振動子の駆動電圧を、前記洗浄動作における前記超音波振動子の駆動電圧よりも低く設定する自動分析装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記超音波振動子を駆動する駆動回路は、前記超音波振動子のインピーダンスが極小値となる共振周波数を追尾する機能を備えており、
前記制御部は、前記洗浄動作においては、前記超音波振動子を、前記超音波振動子のインピーダンスが極小値となる共振周波数で駆動し、前記加熱動作においては、前記超音波振動子を、前記超音波振動子のインピーダンスが極小値となる共振周波数とは異なる周波数で駆動する自動分析装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記超音波振動子を駆動する駆動回路は、前記超音波振動子に所定の電流値以上の電流が流れるのを遮断する機能を備えており、
前記制御部は、前記洗浄動作においては、前記超音波振動子に前記所定の電流値以上の電流が流れるのを許容し、前記加熱動作を行う場合には、前記超音波振動子に前記所定の電流値以上の電流が流れるのを遮断する自動分析装置。 - 請求項4において、
前記超音波振動子を駆動する駆動回路は、前記超音波振動子への駆動電圧の印加のOn/Offを繰り返すことにより、前記超音波振動子に前記所定の電流値以上の電流が流れるのを遮断する自動分析装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記制御部は、前記加熱動作を行う場合には、前記洗浄槽に液のない状態または水を貯めた状態で、前記超音波振動子を駆動する自動分析装置。 - 請求項1において、
自動分析装置は、分析を行うオペレーション状態と分析を行わない待機状態とを有し、
前記制御部は、前記待機状態から前記オペレーション状態への移行を受けて、前記加熱動作を開始する自動分析装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記制御部は、前記ノズルの洗浄要求を受けて前記ノズルの洗浄動作を実行するに先立って、前記加熱動作を行う自動分析装置。 - 請求項7または請求項8において、
環境温度を計測する温度センサを有し、
前記制御部は、前記温度センサにより計測された前記環境温度に応じて、前記加熱動作の要否を判断する自動分析装置。 - 請求項7または請求項8において、
前記制御部は、前記超音波洗浄器の洗浄動作履歴を記憶し、前記洗浄動作履歴に応じて、前記加熱動作の要否を判断する自動分析装置。 - 請求項1において、
自動分析装置は、分析を行うオペレーション状態と分析を行わない待機状態とを有し、
前記制御部は、前記待機状態から前記オペレーション状態に移行するためのリセット動作において、前記加熱動作を行う自動分析装置。 - 請求項11において、
前記リセット動作における前記加熱動作を前記洗浄槽に水を貯めた状態で行う自動分析装置。
