Description
Claims (7)
- 少なくとも1つのモジュール領域を含むアクティブ領域と、前記アクティブ領域の外側に配置されるベゼル領域を含む表示パネルと、
前記アクティブ領域で基板上に配置される画素アレイと、
前記基板の1つの平面に積層される発光ダイオードとを含み、
前記少なくとも1つのモジュール領域は、前記表示パネルの前記基板を含み、前記少なくとも1つのモジュール領域を除外したアクティブ領域より薄く、
前記表示パネルとは別体の素子が、前記基板において、前記少なくとも1つのモジュール領域に対応する位置の別の平面に配置され、
前記少なくとも1つのモジュール領域のそれぞれは、光透過領域と、前記光透過領域を囲むように配置される第1ダムと、前記第1ダムと離隔して前記第1ダムを囲むように配置される第2ダムを含み、
前記表示パネルの前記基板上に配置される保護層は、前記光透過領域の全体、前記第1ダムの全体、及び前記第2ダムの全体と接する、表示装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つのモジュール領域は、前記モジュール領域を囲む前後左右の4方向の領域のうち、少なくとも2つの領域に情報が表示されるように前記アクティブ領域内に配置される、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記ベゼル領域には前記アクティブ領域の画素アレイに第1電位を供給するための第1電位供給電極と、前記第1電位より低い第2電位を供給するための第2電位供給電極が配置され、
前記第1電位供給電極に連結されて前記アクティブ領域に延びる第1電位供給ラインは前記モジュール領域を回避して配置される、請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記アクティブ領域には前記画素アレイにゲート信号とデータ信号とを供給するためのゲートライン及びデータラインが配置され、前記ゲートライン及び前記データラインは前記モジュール領域を回避して配置される、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1電位供給電極が配置されたベゼル領域の反対側ベゼル領域には前記画素アレイに前記第1電位を供給する他の第1電位供給電極が配置される、請求項3に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1電位供給電極と前記他の第1電位供給電極は、前記アクティブ領域左右側ベゼル領域に配置されるリンクラインにより両端部が互いに連結される、請求項5に記載の表示装置。
- 前記アクティブ領域の両側に位置するベゼル領域には、前記画素アレイに供給されるゲート信号を生成するためのゲート駆動部のシフトレジスタが各々配置される、請求項1または2に記載の表示装置。
