Claims (7)
- 原料ゴム100重量部と、
補強性充填剤70~120重量部とを含み、
前記原料ゴムは、天然ゴム0~50重量部と、メルトグラフティング官能化スチレンブタジエンゴム20~100重量部と、ブタジエンゴム0~30重量部とを含むものであるタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物であって、
前記メルトグラフティング官能化スチレンブタジエンゴムは、乳化重合または溶液重合スチレンブタジエン高分子鎖に、パーオキサイドと、アクリレート系化合物またはメタアクリレート系化合物により官能基が導入されたものであって、
前記アクリレート系化合物は、2-カルボキシエチルアクリレート(2-carboxyethyl acrylate)、エチレングリコールメチルエーテルアクリレート(ethylene glycol methyl ether acrylate)、2-ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(2-hydroxyethyl acrylate)、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される化合物であり、
前記メタアクリレート系化合物は、2-ジエチルアミノエチルメタアクリレート(2-(diethylamino)ethyl methacrylate)、ポリエチレングリコールメタアクリレート(poly(ethylene glycol)methacrylate)、ヒドロキシプロピルメタアクリレート(hydroxypropylmethacrylate)、エチレングリコールメチルエーテルメタアクリレート(ethylene glycol methyl ether methacrylate)、2-ジメチルアミノエチルメタアクリレート(2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate)、グリシジルメタアクリレート(glycidyl methacrylate)、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される化合物であり、かつ、
前記スチレン含有量が20~50重量部であり、
前記補強性充填剤は、カーボンブラックとシリカを含むものであるタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。 - 前記メルトグラフティング官能化スチレンブタジエンゴムは、ブタジエンが含むビニルの含有量が10~40重量%であるものである、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記メルトグラフティング官能化スチレンブタジエンゴムは、ガラス転移温度が-50~-10℃であり、前記メルトグラフティング官能化スチレンブタジエンゴム100重量部に対して、10~40重量部のオイルを含むものである、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記ブタジエンゴムは、シス-1,4-ブタジエンの含有量が90重量%以上であり、ガラス転移温度が-100~-120℃であるものである、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記補強性充填剤は、カーボンブラック5~20重量部とシリカ65~100重量部とを含むものである、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記シリカは、窒素吸着比表面積が160~180m2/gであり、CTAB吸着比表面積が150~170m2/gである高分散性シリカであるものである、請求項5に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1~請求項6のいずれか一つの項に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物を用いて製造されたタイヤ。
