Description
下記表1に示す組成を用いて、下記の実施例及び比較例に従うタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物を製造した。前記ゴム組成物の製造は、通常のゴム組成物の製造方法に従う。
前記実施例及び比較例で製造したゴム試験片に対して物性を測定し、その結果を下記表2に示した。
前記比較例及び実施例のゴムを用いてトレッドを作り、このトレッドゴムを半製品として含む205/55R16規格のタイヤを製造して、このタイヤに対する濡れた路面及び氷雪路面での制動距離性能の相対比率と、長期間走行後のタイヤ硬度を表3に示した。相対比率数値は、5%以上の変化幅を持つとき、向上及び減少に対する影響が大きいものであり、すなわち、95以下であると、性能が不足して適用するのは難しい水準であり、105以上であると、性能向上の効果は相当な水準である。
Claims (6)
- 原料ゴム100重量部と、
CTAB吸着比表面積が65〜90m2/gである低比表面積のシリカを含む補強性充填剤20〜180重量部と、
ガラス転移温度が−110〜−70℃であり、重量平均分子量が3,000〜100,000g/molである液状高分子2〜50重量部と、
を含み、
前記液状高分子は、アクリロニトリルブタジエン、スチレンブタジエン、ブタジエン、ファルネセン、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されるいずれか一つのブタジエンの共重合体であるものである、タイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。 - 前記原料ゴムは、天然ゴム20〜90重量%と、ガラス転移温度が−110〜−50℃であるスチレンブタジエンゴム5〜50重量%と、ポリブタジエンゴム5〜50重量%とを含むものである、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記スチレンブタジエンゴムは、末端又は主鎖にシラン基、アミン基、及びその両方からなる群から選択されるいずれか一つの機能性基を含むものである、請求項2に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記補強性充填剤は、低比表面積のシリカ20〜100重量%とカーボンブラック0〜80重量%とを含むものである、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記タイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物は、原料ゴム100重量部に対して、TDAEオイル、Naphthenicオイル、MESオイル、大豆油、変性大豆油、ひまわり油、変性ひまわり油、キャノーラ油、変性キャノーラ油、菜種油、変性菜種油、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されるプロセスオイル2〜50重量部をさらに含むものである、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一つの項に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物を用いて製造された冬用タイヤ。
