前記複数の電極組立体それぞれの前記正極と電気的に連結される正極リード線と、
前記複数の電極組立体それぞれの前記負極と電気的に連結される負極リード線と、を備え、
前記複数の電極組立体は、
前記複数の電極組立体の巻回軸方向に積層され、前記正極、前記負極、及び前記セパレータの巻取数が隣接した電極組立体同士で相異なる、電気化学キャパシタ。 - 前記複数の電極組立体は、
奇数層に位置する電極組立体の前記正極、前記負極、及び前記セパレータの巻取数が第1巻取数であり、偶数層に位置する電極組立体の前記正極、前記負極、及び前記セパレータの巻取数が第2巻取数である、請求項1に記載の電気化学キャパシタ。 - 前記複数の電極組立体は、
前記第1巻取数と前記第2巻取数との巻取数差が、前記正極、前記負極、及び前記セパレータの厚みに対応して設定された基準巻取数になる、請求項2に記載の電気化学キャパシタ。 - 前記正極リード線は、
前記正極に電気的に連結された地点から前記正極のコア部までの第1距離が、前記正極の末端部からコア部までの第1最小距離未満になるように前記正極に電気的に連結される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学キャパシタ。 - 前記負極リード線は、
前記負極に電気的に連結された地点から前記負極のコア部までの第2距離が、前記負極の末端部からコア部までの第2最小距離未満になるように前記負極に電気的に連結される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学キャパシタ。 - 前記複数の電極組立体を内部に収容し、巻取数が相異なる前記複数の電極組立体の外形に対応して段差が形成されたハウジングをさらに含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学キャパシタ。
- シート状で構成された正極、前記正極に対向してシート状で構成された負極、及び前記正極と前記負極との間に配置されたセパレータをそれぞれ含む複数の電極組立体を配置する段階と、
正極リード線を前記複数の電極組立体それぞれの前記正極と電気的に連結し、負極リード線を前記複数の電極組立体それぞれの前記負極と電気的に連結する段階と、
前記複数の電極組立体のコア部から巻き取る段階と、
前記複数の電極組立体をハウジングに収納する段階と、を備え、
前記配置する段階は、
隣接した電極組立体の前記正極、前記負極、及び前記セパレータそれぞれの巻取数が相異なるように、前記正極、前記負極、及び前記セパレータを配置する段階を含む、
電気化学キャパシタの製造方法。 - 前記電気的に連結する段階は、
前記正極リード線が前記正極に電気的に連結された地点から前記正極のコア部までの第1距離が、前記正極の末端部からコア部までの第1最小距離未満になるように、前記正極リード線を前記正極に電気的に連結する段階を含む、請求項7に記載の電気化学キャパシタの製造方法。 - 前記電気的に連結する段階は、
前記負極リード線が前記負極に電気的に連結された地点から前記負極のコア部までの第2距離が、前記負極の末端部からコア部までの第2最小距離未満になるように、前記負極リード線を前記負極に電気的に連結する段階を含む、請求項7または8に記載の電気化学キャパシタの製造方法。
